3 video clips of jimmy b/4 he went to Australia to participate in the World Rally Championship in 1999. it was a yr after he had a bad accident and broke his foot in a race. he was the 1st racer from HK and taiwan to participate in the WRC. the race was 1500km and lasted for 3 days.

"It was complete chaos when jimmy came on stage to sing. Fans rushed on stage and hugged him. He had to stop singing midway. Ppl stood on their chairs. Someone kicked loose the camera power cord and jimmy had to come back a 2nd time to sing so they could tape the show again."

后来才知道小志出场的场面太混乱,不知道谁把摄影机的线踩掉了..
后来他出来重新又唱了一遍..

这是主持人说欢迎林志颖上台表演，大家都尖叫起来了。那时候大家都不在位置上，那些大人全部挡住了我，还有 人站到椅子上，我只好站到椅子上去看了。许多人都冲上舞台了，大家太热情了，我摄像机都拍不到他了。呵呵！ 他往我这里挥手时，可能因为现场的欢乐气氛，我太激动了，双脚都发软！永远支持他！

oh, I don't know if it's the same boot or not. But he wore boots with suit before (on the Beijing event with the korean actor!) He's always cute

ladycoco, do you know if Jimmy can play piano or guitar? He plays the piano in MLS for Ah Xing. I wonder if he really played it or it's just fake scene.

i am not sure if jimmy plays the piano or not. in one of the MLS BTSs he played a tune playfully in the bar scene and everyone applauded. so he can play the piano but i don't know if he's good at it. as for playing the guitar, no idea either.

hi guys, haven't posted here for a while. i've been watching all these old jimmy videos that beautymemory ul'ed to youtube recently. jimmy promoted the movie Chivalrous Legend in 1998. i got interested and searched for it. It's actually quite good. it's now my 2nd favorite jimmy movie, after Grandpa's Love. it's about a Taiwan Robin Hood type of legend. The char is a good-looking young man who died when he was 27 resisting the japanese army that occupied taiwan and brutalized the locals. he's an orphan who grew up as a street performer. it has jimmy's 1st "bed scene" and he also dressed up as a girl. He really hasn't changed much in 10 yrs.

BTW, jimmy will be on a charity show in Shanghai on Mar 1, 2008 with 39 other HK/Taiwan/China celebs including Jet Li, Alec So, and Wang Xiao Ming. it'll broadcast live. It was reported that The Twins were supposed to appear but they were dropped after the scandal broke out.

Jimmy will tape a how at Anhui TV in China on Mar 7 to promote My Lucky Star, which will air soon. Yeah! will get to see his video. One of the hosts wil be Uncle Kwang Ming from MLS.

jimmy is on tv right now. some fans are able to watch it on PPstream and capture the screens. It's some kind of big charity event in Shanghai with lots of celebs. Awards are also given out. i don't have the details yet. just passing along what i read so far. He's wearing a new red jacket and boots again. He seems to favor red lately.

jimmy got the award for The Most Charming Star.

He auctioned off one of his racing suits to raise money for a 17 yr old boy with Lukemia.

I posted this in the MLS forum but i want to repost it here.

I finally found the video of the Baidu award show. Leon Jay Williams accepted the Most Popular Taiwan/HK series Award of 2007 on behalf of My Lucky Star. I ul'ed the video to youtube.

It has no subtitles and i listened to it more than 10 times. i think i got most of what he said. I am really disappointed at our Tian Jun Ge. Most ppl would thank the production crew, the director, their fellow actors, etc. but he thanked just his fans and the ppl around him who helped him. then he said his mandarin is not good b/c it's not his mother tongue. He didn't say a single word about anyone else who is involved with the production of MLS as if this is his own personal award.

The ironic thing is they showed a short clip of MLS and it showed only jimmy and Hana, no Williams. haha. i still don't uderstand why they didn't get jimmy to accept the award. he's the male lead, not Williams.
