Yesterday 05/10/2005, Jimmy publicized his own event "Jimmy's Cup" which will be held in Zhuhai racing circuit on 23/10/2005 to promote safety driving. He has invited many friends in showbiz to join this event as well.

Ok, apparently the "Jimmy Team" (made up of celebs) had a race on 5th of Oct. It was mentioned in the Chinese text that although people invite Jimmy to racing events merely because of his popularity, Jimmy is actually a serious racer who puts his heart and soul into racing. He keeps learning from his experience, to achieve good results, and became a professional racer.

There may be two pairs of celeb love rivals (Zai Zai versus Lee Wei, one of the pairs) taking part in the event, and Jimmy was rather amused that the reporter brought it up, saying he is not organising a bumper-cars competition. He said the emphasis is to spread the message of traffic safety, and if Nicholas Tse was not filming, he would have asked him to participate too (I guess you guys know the reason why ).
