Hi Girls, happy chinese new year...
I was so busy with my family gathering, almost missed the show. Coz the show was at 7pm which is also an important family dinner time, the nite before chinese new year. Luckily Jimmy's part was around 9pm++
He looks very young as usual. Nicky looks young too. Both of them are great.
I think nobody can replace them in taiwan, though they are not as active as before. I did not watch the entire show, but I know there were lots of popular singers from Taiwan.

Wallace Chung was so cute! Is he a Cantonese speaker? If not then his Cantonese pronunciation was really superb.

i looked up his bio. he's from HK. he started out at HK TVB. that's why his cantonese is really good. he's a native speaker. I didn't know he used to be a singer until he performed at jimmy's 2008 concert. i thought he's an actor only. he's good looking. dont know why he isn't very famous. he's only in tv series. was he in any movies or commercials? he and jimmy r buddy buddy.

and yes, he is originally from HK. So, his Mandarin is quite good, I think. But now, that I pay attention to his back stage interview and at the new year celebration, he did spoke Mandarin with a little bit of Cantonese accent. but because he was stumbling over his words, I couldn't tell at first.

Wallace and Jimmy seemed have cross paths quite a bit in their entainment career. No wonder they are such good friends. You are right, coco, Wallace is very good looking. He has a kind and gentle persona as well. He and Jimmy are only a month and a half apart. Like Jimmy, I think Wallace also aged very well.

I recorded 2 vids in which I played keyboard and sang 2 songs of Jimmy: 心云 (cloudy heart) and 我不后悔 (I don't regret). I recorded them several months ago, but I didn't have enough courage to post them here, so hope u guys like it, and plz don't laugh if my pronuciation is not good. (Plz don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to promote myself, just do it for fun. Enjoy!)

Actually, in my opinion, I think Nicky might have a botox injection maybe a short time before that picture is taken with Jimmy. From what I know about botox injection (not from personal experience! ) it sort of makes the muscles not responsive to the nerves, hence reduces wrinkle lines. But this also makes the muscles look stiff as it would not move where it suppose to move when a person smiles. I think that's why the face will look stiff. But then, I am no expert and I could be WRONG!

Anyways, sorry but I don't understand why you have to say that Nicky got botox injections? First of all, he is not that much older than Jimmy so he isn't that old,therefore,why would he even need botox injections??? Just because you don't like Nicky does not mean that it is ok to say that he got those injections. I personally don't think he even needs them because he ages pretty well. hi Kid, you make me so surprised. Now i know that you have many talents, you know most English and chinese, you can play piano, you also sing very good, and i think your knowlegde about computer is not bad, too

somehow they r talking about him in talk shows recently. why don't they just invite him to appear on one of these shows instead of having other ppl talk about him. nothing we didn't know about: he wanted to become a car racer when he was 10. he bought his 1st ferrari at 23, the jimmy lin racing team, Jimmy lin cup, etc. but i think they got it wrong. he only held the Jimmy Lin Cup once in 2005 and no more after.

i really dont like him when he was 20. he was so boyish then.

Wow thank coco for the vids. I've never seen them b/4. There're a lot of things I didn't know about Jimmy, but I'm so confused. Who are all those people? Why did they know a lot info of Jimmy? Forgive me but I've just heard of Jackie Chan Cup but never heard of Jimmy Lin Cup. Do you have any vids of that event?
It's understandable that they didn't invite him to talk about his life cuz he's so low-key. Not sure if he could give all the answers for their questions.
