Sometimes, It's really hard to forgive other people for lying. You feel that you've been cheated. But we have to forgive them to set ourselves free. We only have one life. It's better to live it in happiness than in misery. If people lie, it pains us but what about them? They will be accountable for their actions. There is always a consequence for our actions. Everything happens for a purpose.

We all have our opinions about things & events. And yes, we can state them as well, but we should also be sensitive to other's feelings, ok? Both of you have your valid points, and I am sure all the other readers on the forum acknowledge your views. So, let's put this matter about Jimmy's various lies & his reasons for them behind us. Everybody lied at some point or other for various reasons. And I am sure nobody like to be lied to disregard the reason(s) behind the lie.

About the USA citizenship part, I can understand the Trinie's point of view, but then I could also understand the point of view of those who have their children in the USA so that their children can have USA citizenship. Most parents really want what they think is best for their children, and USA citizenship seems like a good idea, so I really cannot condemn that.

As to children born of wedlock, I don't have any good opinions about that either. But, then everybody do make mistakes. And like Amicable said, they have to live up to the consequences of their choices. So, that's between God and them, if you do believe in a God. So, I could still have my opinions about this matter, but will not be the one to judge them, as I too am human.

So, let's be honest with our opinions and also be sensative to others feelings as well, ok? I do like to read your different point of views on this forum, cuz' that's what made this forum interesting. But, please don't get at each other like this, ok? I love you both!

Jimmy Lin returns to the big screen after 5 years and collaborates with Di Yao, Wu Ma, Eric Tsang in the new movie “If I Were You”.

“If I Were You” is the first Chinese romance comedy about mind-switching. Jimmy Lin and Di Yao play a couple who meet coincidentally and have a mind-switching experience after exposure to radioactive energy. The director Li Qi said this is a new attempt for Chinese movies. The story is a breakthrough.

Jimmy Lin said the unique story attracted him. It’s a new opportunity and challenge for this old-timer. I can never mind-switch in real life and become a woman. It’s a wonderful experience and a big challenge to my acting skills.

He said this is a new beginning for his return to the big screen. “I’ve been racing cars for so many years. Now I have my own baby. I want to bring my life experience to this role.”
