i dont think so. He sang the Asian Games Youth Camp theme song. The camp is for the volunteers. The news didn't mention him singing at the opening ceremony.

From Jimmy's weibo he had to drop what he was doing and return to Taiwan. His dad is in ICU due to heart problems. Hope he has a speedy recovery.

In another news Cherrie Ying said that she'll go back to work in a week after her and Jordan Chan's wedding reception yesterday at HK Disney. That has to be Rainbow Sweetheart. Jimmy's schedule must be tight. Wasn't he still filming Dynamic Angel in shanghai when he had to return to Taiwan Monday morning?

林志穎的父親前晚驚傳因心臟問題住進加護病房，今天林志穎再微博上透露，父親開刀過程很順利，應該再兩三天 就可以出院。

據知林爸很早以前就有心臟問題，但前幾天小志在大陸拍戲擔心他心情受影響，家人並未告知，等父親手術才由弟 弟通知林志穎，林志穎昨日趕回台北陪父親開刀，一切過程都很順利，林志穎感謝外界的關心和祝福 。

Jimmy held a press conf outside the hosp today. His dad is ok now. There is a video. I'll pull it down later. His dad is 73. Kelly's grandma just passed away from similar heart disease. He said he's filming a racing movie in China and there are racing scenes he'll do himself. After Selina's accident he promised his dad from now on he'll be more careful and will use a double if necessary.

藝人林志穎的父親林德雄14日因心肌梗塞住進加護病房，在上海拍片的林志穎立刻趕回台灣。父子倆今天面對媒 體，小志說，很高興老天爺把父親從鬼門關救了回來。

　林爸爸說，他在10日左右身體不適，總覺得氣喘不過來，拖了4天，林媽媽和林志穎的弟弟硬是把他架到台大 醫院掛急診，院方立刻檢查、動手術，裝了3支冠狀動脈血管支架。他說：「真是從鬼門關走了回來 。」

　林志穎在上海拍攝電影「極速天使」，他說，一聽到爸爸住院，立刻向導演告假，飛回台灣。林爸爸說：「小志 非常孝順，看到他，我的氣就上來一半了。」

　看到高齡73歲的爸爸已無大礙，小志安心許多，但稍後他哽咽說，老婆陳若儀的外婆當晚卻因同樣的病症過世 。林爸爸也提醒老人家，秋冬要特別注意保暖，也要留意飲食。

　酷愛賽車的林志穎在「極速天使」中飾演賽車教練，有幾場必須親自下場的戲。他向父親保證，由於發生Sel ina灼燒事件，「今後做任何事都不會勉強，有替身就盡量用替身」

Taiwan hospital beds are so small and narrow and no railings! Aren't they afraid the patient will fall off?

In this news, jimmy said he'll fly back to Shanghai today (11/18) to resume filming Dynamic Angel and will start filming Rainbow Sweetheart on 11/25. He took Kimi to visit grandpa.

【趙大智╱台北報導】林志穎父親林德雄14日心肌梗塞被送進加護病房，15日動手術裝了3支冠狀動脈血管支 架，目前病情已經穩定。林志穎原本在上海拍電影《極速天使》，15日已趕回台北，昨天他推著坐輪椅的父親， 在台大醫院門口向外界報平安，但也透露15日當天，他老婆陳若儀的外婆同樣是心肌梗塞，卻沒躲過死神召喚， 講到這裡，林志穎哽咽落淚。

林德雄原本就有高血壓病史，前陣子還不斷流鼻血，發病時感到胸悶、喘不過氣，「其實早就不舒服，但我拖了4 天，想等15日星期一再到醫院檢查，結果是我太太和小志的弟弟趕快把我送醫。」他直說自己是去鬼門關走一遭 ，也呼籲銀髮族一旦發現胸痛持續30分鐘以上、頭暈，一定要立刻就醫。

林志穎拋開工作立刻趕回台北，老人家林德雄很感動：「我萬一走了的話，也有他幫我處理後事了。」林志穎已為 人父，更能體會健康重要，他還帶老婆陳若儀和小小志到病房探望。今天他就會再赴上海劇組，11月25日則加 入柴智屏偶像劇《彩虹甜心》拍攝。

As much as I wanted to know how Lin Baba is doing, I wished the paparazzi would leave them alone and not add stress to celebrities and their sick family members. Sometimes, a person just need some privacy to take in all that's happening to them, emotions and all.

I'm sure they've been in and out of the hospital round the clock looking after their father. Just cuz' they are not in the pictures does not meant they were not close to their father.

Don't think it was a reclining couch. Cuz' there were several scenes with Carrie in the hospital in Single Princess, and the beds were that small too!

i was wondering about the same thing too. whose idea was it to hold a press conf outside the hosp. i mean Lin Baba is not a celeb. why is the media so interested in covering his hosp stay. all the major taiwan media (tv and newspaper) were there and it was reported in all the papers and tv news.
