I remember the Jimmy craze that hit HK, cuz back here there were so many things with him! I remember reading somewhere that Jimmy was a key celeb that opened doors in HK for Taiwan stars. He was the one that was the Taiwan breakthrough in HK. Sweet, eh?

Yes, I read that article too. Jimmy was the one who sang in Mandarin and broke into HK music industry. He is the youngest record at HK Coleseum, esp. he is Taiwanese. Jimmy is the legend!!!

I remember watching some shows from HK that Jimmy was in. Sometimes it was funny because he didn't even understand a word of cantonese at the time. There was one show where he did something wrong because he didn't understand what was going on. it was kinda cute.

I also remember Jimmy doing yo-yo tricks.. he's actually really good with the yo-yo!

I remmeber that too. He didn't understand Cantonese at that time, those hosts needed to speak Mandarin to him.

Jimmy was good at yo-yo playing, I watched him coaching a kid to play it...very cute.

I actually recently found a video tape of one of the Miss HK pageants. It was so funny because i didn't remember that i had seen Jimmy perform during one of the segments when i had first watched it. So it definitely brought back memories. I don't remember which year it was though. I think Kenix Kwok was one of the contestants. Well, i think that was her. Also, Andy Hui was one of the performers. It was just so funny seeing Jimmy back in the day when he was so young and popular.

I watched that clip too. He performed "Gei Wo Yi Ge Xin Ai De". While he was performing, every pageant walked on the stage and posed next to him, to show their evening gown.

I'm not too familiar with song names when it comes to Jimmy's earlier years but i do remember Jimmy singing "xin ai de" over and over again in the song. relive, you are definitely good. I wonder which year too, I guess 1992. Gei Wo Yi Ge Xin Ai De is in his second album "Summer Of This Year", and it was released in 1992.

WOW! There are a lot of words here. As far as I can tell, it is mostly gossips that Jimmy and Nic Tse don't get along and they both deny it. Jimmy's fans and Nic's fans boo each other's idol. GOSSIPS!
