Default How strong are high class fighters?

In the novels, usually how strong(strength) do most high class fighters seem? They can do many incredible feats. But if you ask someone like Xiao Feng or Guo Jing to wrestle down a Grizzly or something without using martial arts(techniques such as a palm to the head), will they be able to? Or will they become dinner? How strong are they in physical strength?

purely muscle...xiao feng might be able to since hez suppose to be pretty big...but i doubt the others
w/ with the inner chi thing...they'd kill of pro-wrestlers like "babies" i mean, one blast of that palm or something...the end

Yeah, but a Grizzly are really quite strong. They are probably the dominate carnivores on land. There was one Lion vs Grizzly fight I've heard of, and it's pretty interesting. The lion was charging at that bear, and the Grizzly just lied there. Then suddenly it pulls out it's paw and clubbed the head of the lion. The skull of that lion immediately cracked. The fight was over. Grizzlies are very powerful. They might have a chance westling wuxia characters. And GJ knows Mongolian westling too.

In LOCH 2003, Qiu Chu Ji is able to lift a huge metal vat filled with wine, easily with one hand. He was also able to throw the vat with one hand as well. The vat must have weighed hundreds of kilograms.

Not many elite martial artists train their muscles.

With use of internal energy, an elite martial artist could definitely wrestle down a bear.
