    Cherrie,

The Chinese title is "Hua Mu Lan". I don't exactly know the English title. Maybe "Mulan"?

    Goddess,

Nice to see you around here again. Halina Tam was the leading lady in "Nothing To Declare", not "Hua Mu Lan". Did you mix the two serials up?

hi goddess! what's that mtv that you're talking abt? oh i wish i can see it! i love amoc that i actually burned a copy of it for my collection! though i was bored with danny and lisa's story, wong hei is enough to let me have a copy of it. he's so good there! and now im having a difficult choice whether i like him most in net deception or amoc....
im watching the intro clip of food of love last nyt and wong hei is cute there! hmm how come i never noticed that before? anyway, after watching all his serious serials, i now missed the 'happier' wong hei. wish food of love will be available in vcd soon.

    Cherrie,

You can find the clip on Jessica's fan site here: http://videoclips.jessicahsuan.com/clips1.shtml

Can't really help you with the Mulan question. I haven't seen it, and it doesn't seem to be related to the original Chinese story, so I really don't know what kind of role he plays. Maybe C can help you out.

maybe i can help answer that.

    some spoilers............

hei plays a guy who is lazy, happy go lucky, kind hearted by nature and a conman by profession.

he tricks his way to become a tenant in the Hua household without having to pay rent and proceeds to have a very hostile relationship with the eldest daughter, hua mu lan.

also, his mother has some mental problems from an accident in the past and is frequently absent minded. thus, he tries to earn alot of money to help cure her illness.

he was not shown doing that in the series, i believe the mtv was an add on to give a more emotional ending to the relationship.

thats my two cents though...usually quite unreliable.

I believe that IS the case. Don't trash your own opinions. Your input is always appreciated.

On a different note, Cherrie, why do you call him c3? Why not c1 or c4/5/6/7? I usually just type C because I'm lazy.

i watched the clip! it's so sad now i can't deny kwong was really dead
anyway, i do remember now a part from amoc. wong hei was writing something on a piece of paper before their wedding day. but it wasn't really shown in the series what he wrote. so i guess that's what he wrote
hehe, i wrote c3 coz i thought the start of his username is c3! i didn't notice the '1' in c13! maybe i should wear 2 more glasses....

    Hi ya everyone!!

Lol cherrie. Having hard decisions as to which is the better Wong Hei role? If all fails claim both!!! I thought both was a great character for him, but ND won. He just looked really suave there. Anyways

So you liked the MTV eh? Or at least that it sort of ended the serie. I liked that it ended the serie yet got so annoyed when I first watched it!!! Hate the fact that it sort of protrays Jessica dieing as well. Either way though they will always be together.

As for that note. I do think that it was shown in the serie. At least it showed Wong putting something into the hill. I'm not sure but I think there was a scene when he told someone to tell Jessica to go to that hill if he goes missing. Lol, but I could be wrong since its been a long time!!

Lol, I'm quite amused at your conversation as to how you shortened up c13:4567's username

it just released in hk i think, im dying to see it, but since renting here is REALLY expensive, ill just have to wait . Cool, arrogant role? That would be interesting, it would be cool to see his character with julian and tavia and if im not mistaken they havent starred in the same series apart from wong hei and gigi?

    I'm watching it!!!! *waves*

Yeah, I have to agree with you. He's the arrogant type AGAIN. I don't quite like how he always spits out English words or sentences due to his character's "attitude", but oh well, at least I get to see him again.

I know many people think Julian is the lead, but hey, they BOTH are, and Wong Hei gets to sing the theme song! So who wins? LOL

i think they both are leads, but if one has to choose, julian probably is the main one based on screentime.

the 'English words' thing can be wierd but thankfully he didn't do it too often.

also, would it be better if they switched roles?
cos i'm wondering maybe its more suitable if hei played the down and out hooligan while julian played the cool cop...i don't know. probably will change my mind later anyway

Wong Hei's gay!? Hmm, that would explain why he lacks chemistry with every female lead he's ever starred with. (Kenix Kwok, Maggie Cheung, Fanny Yuen, Jessica Hester Hsuan...) ... except Jenny Shiny, but then she played his daughter in BF2, haha.

Not sure about others, but I think he has great chemistry with Jessica.

Hehe, that should be interesting to watch.

I read a magazine article today, and it said Wong's favorite character from Shui Hu is Lin Chong. Guess TVB just granted his wish to play his favorite?

He sure has a lot of vivid facial expressions.
