anahiem and jersey series was one of the worst things i have ever seen. Isn't a seven game series suppose to be exciting. Im always rewatching old canucks tapes like from 94. The speed was so great. End to end hockey. none of that dump and chase crap. The Tampa vs Calgary series was not the best but one of the way better stanley cup finals in recent years. Kudos to Tampa for continuing to play offensive hockey ALL season long. I feel lucky that i live in Vancouver because the Canucks play exciting hockey too. The fan base in vancouver has grown so much the past few years because of the product on the ice and the success. I haven't seen so much hype in vancouver since the Pavel Bure days. I think they really need to make the rink bigger well at least wider because players are getting so big now that they take up so much room. And please reduce the goalie pad sizes. They are rediculously big (Luongo, Giguere and others.)

sweet id love to meet him. IM a die hard Lions and Canuck fan. The Lions mean a little more to me because ive been going to games since i was 3. Of course i love those nucks too just check out my room.

Who can't remember the dynasty in Edmonton. I still like edmonton because u guys are a small market team that manages to hang in there. I really respect u guys for that. Like Glen Sather back then really knew how to manage a team without that much money but now he has the money and all he does is buy players now.

hey almo89, good to meet another diehard nucks fan, we now (along with zhaozilong44) make the majority on this thread! trizz and james can bow to us.

the ways i'll change the game to make it better
    1) smaller goalie pads. 12" pads is just rediculous, nobodys shin is that wide.
    2) wider blue lines, make the neutral zone and offensive zone bigger.
    3) full 2 minutes penalty have to be served.
    4) more penalty call on players that get held down on breakaways.

oh no now when i bad mouth the nucks i have to read three ppl yelling back at me, haha what happen to all the edmontonians, oh well all good, canadians all the way, and our team sux, i think we need to get rid of the coaching staff for better ones and get a GM who nows how to manage the team. The reason that MacT and Lowe is working for the Oilers was because they were part of that dynasty back then, but all they can do is play, they don't know the business and coaching part of the game so my major problem is to get all those management staff to be like renewed

haha, trizz u really hate the coaching staff eh? dont worry, lowe said that if the new cba have no salary cap, he'll resign. so u should cheer for the nhlpa then? haha.
oh well, edmonton sux, nothing can change that now. but i still love them cuz they are canadian

i never really seen the roadrunners played, heard that they even play like the oilers, which is kinda depressing cause the way we're playing we're losing like never b4 and the next generation of oilers are the same which means we're destined to never win ne thing for a long while

wasn't that goal one of that really, really, big upset at that time, and after that we never advanced to the second round, that is just horrible

i have no clue i didn't watch hockey for a while but all i have to say is go CORSBY and go BERGERON (sp)

CANADA 7 SLOVAKIA 3 we better win the gold this year, cause it'll be super embarrasing to be the biggest losers all the time, i don't like silver ne more

wow, canada have been dominating so far. all 4 lines are scoring and the Ds are playing solid. i've been quite impressed by carter, richards and mccarthaur (sp?), and of course crosby and bergeron are playing pretty good too, if im the GM of boston bruins, i'll trade joe thornton for the 1st overall pick next season

wow we beat sweden 8-1 and then we totally demolished germany 9-0 this is outrageous we may have like a 10-0 win next game over finland this is crazy, man corsby is really working his magic and this canadian junior team is steamrolling everyone. and we're outscoring everyone 24-4 for every one goal they score we throw 6 back at them man i think that's kinda mean don't you guys think so

should be a tough test for canada tomoro, playing finland they have some good goalies.
usa have some huge problems in net, montoya and schnieder was just horrible, i'd say all the belurus goals are all stopable, at least 4 of them are pretty weak. im specially disappointed w/ schnieder, as a nucks fan i have really high hope 4 him, and he blew it pretty badly in his first (and maybe only) shot at being the #1
