Just read a few good reviews on Ron's acting in "TOB". He's getting better and is quite enjoyable in the series.

Ron Ng held an autograph session yesterday for his sponsors and around two hundred fans lined up outside the shop to see him, with the female fans at the front of the line arriving at 7am to queue, holding a group of bunch of flowers and Ron's favourite astroboy character to present to him. Other fans also gave him flowers and Ron was so busy receiving all these gifts.

There was a little chaos at yesterday's signing because the fans wanting to have a photo with their idol pushed each other about, but luckily security was on hand to keep order. Ron was rather shy about his fans warmth to him, just replying politely "Thank you" to each fan who gave him a gift. He indicated that beforehand, he was worried that his signing session would just see three or four people and he was only relieved when he arrived to see such a crowd. He felt sorry for the fans who were queuing in such harsh conditions and in order to satisfy their wishes, the autograph session went on for an hour.

Also, Ron's series "Twin of Brothers" achieved average ratings of 28 points last week and he felt that it could get better. Talking of Dayo Wong and Ada Choi's pledges during the celebratory dinner for "To Catch the Uncatchable", where Ada suggested Dayo should get married if the show hit forty points, Ron laughs and says: "I don't have a girlfriend yet and have not saved enough to start a home and family, so I daren't make such rash promises. what if the show hit fifty, what would I do?" However, he does promise that if the show's ratings hit 36 or 36 points, he will take the crew out for dinner.

With the 2004 Olympic Games set to start next Friday, TVB arranged a special "Twin of Brothers" promotion in the countdown to the games as cast members including Ron Ng, Evon Yung, Leila Tong, Nancy Wu, Choi Kit Man, Mary Hon and Johnson Yuen joined fans in their own games at a Tseung Kwan O mall. Most of the audience consisted of Ron's fans and those who were lucky enough to go onto the stage held onto Ron's hand and asked host Choi Hong Nin to help them take photos.

Ron is currently busy filming for "Police Cadet Brave Hearts", but as some of the other cast were working on a gun battle scene that does not involve him, he has no work scheduled and was able to take a day off. However, he was called in to do some replacement dubbing for "Twin of Brothers" and then had to take part in the promotional event in the afternoon. When asked why there was still dubbing required for "Twin" when it had already been aired, Ron explained that in episode 17, there was a line that was originally "Why do you think?" but it sounded too much like an expletive, so in order avoid any misunderstanding, they had to change the wording slightly and this needed to be dubbed over.

During the event, the artistes joined members of the audience to play games and Ron and Evon both chose some children to have a sword duel. When asked if they were worried about giving them the wrong message, Ron said that they were not worried because he and Evon were there to guide them, telling them to be careful and in any case, the swords were just made of polystyrene. As for fans who went onto the stage to grasp his arms for photos, was Ron embarrassed by this? He says he was a little, but luckily they did not do anything too crazy like come over and give me a kiss. With his day off yesterday, what did Ron have planned for after the event? He says he will go home and spend time with his family because he has been busy filming and not seen his family properly for a month, so he will be heading home for dinner and to play mah jong.

Also, after getting married and moving to America, Evon has put on some weight and she laughs that this is because when she first got to the States, all she did was eat and sleep and she has gained over ten pounds. However, she will be heading to Beijing to film a series this month and when she starts work, she will start slimming down again. As she will be apart from her husband for a while, they will not be having children just yet.

Hehe, Ron sounds awsome!!! Find it cute how he is quite shy sounding though, hehe. I so wish I could have been there to actually see him. Well, pictures are good as well I guess ^_^

Really hope that TOB's ratings rocket up since it seems/sounds good so far!!! Diffinately deserves good ratings since looks as if the cast really did their all, hehe. Anyways I want to see more Leila and Ron!!!!

Ron Ng has recently been signed to make a set of ads for a photo processing company and after filming for "Police Cadet Brave Hearts" yesterday, he and Chan Hoi Yee headed to a press conference that also attracted a crowd of over a hundred fans who waited to see him, leading to some chaos outside.

During the event, Ron and Hoi Yee were asked by the hosts to recreate their pose from the advertisement, where Ron had to bend over and carry Hoi Yee on his back in a funny position and hold the pose for ten seconds, but he seemed a little awkward and became very flushed. When asked if he rarely carries girls on his back, thus leaving him embarrassed, he says: "No, it is just the blood rushing to my head. In the past, when I was a dancer, I could pick a girl up with one arm, but I can't do it any more." When asked what kind of photography he likes, Ron says: "I rarely photograph pretty girls, usually I will not take pictures of people's pretty sides, but more of their weird expressions."

Also, Ron's good friend Bosco Wong was attacked earlier in China and he says that he did not know that Bosco had returned to Hong Kong, but he will call him later. Ron feels that it is better for artistes not to frequent the late venues. He says: "I don't like going to those places, I feel more comfortable at home, so I don't bother going out and being accused of pulling girls. If I am dating, I will tell everyone."

Ron seems to be having a lot of news lately, but thats great!!! The more I read about him, the more I feel like he is my kind of guy, lol. I think that it maybe has to do with his series and the roles he plays, but I've always though Ron was the very playful and like chatty type.

But he is quite shy isn't he? And he doesn't like all the rumors or anything. Love the fact that he will be open about his relationship later on. I also like how he enjoys staying at home, hehe. The home is indeed the most comfortable place, or at least should be. Lol, Ron just jumped another place up in my fav. actor's list

You know, I don't mind anymore if Ron and Leila are just close friends. That is still pretty good. If anything beyond starts between them then its great. I'm sure we'll know about it since Ron seems to be open about his relationship, when he gets one that is
