Thanks Dragongirl. I think that after this, I'll probably give it a rest myself. Watching series are wonderful but if the episodes are long, it takes time to watch. I saw a picture of the Prince in LTDT and I thought he wasn't really all that. Maybe his acting is better. Was he cute or just bleh?..
Do you know what role Zhang Ting plays in blind detective? From the picture that I saw, she looked oober cute.

Hi there Dragongirl,

I am back again. Well, the Prince in LTDT was not really what you would term as handsome or cute. To be quite honest I almost didn't watch this film because I thought that they could have chosen a better looking Prince. But I got persuaded into it as the commentaries were really quite excellent. He is rather cute in the film and they made an adorable pair as both of them are quite comical. His acting ability is really very good. The dialogue was funny and the script was good. The wasn't any room for boredom at all. In fact my eyes were glued to the screen from start to finish.

As for the Blind Detective, I am not quite sure what role she played but I heard that it's another HIGHLY RECOMMENDED film. If my memory serves well, somebody did mentioned that she was a detective or something in this film. The poster you posted of this film is very nice. I love the way her dimples shows when she smile. I must see if I can find any synopsis on this film.

Oh good! I thought the same thing about Vincent at first but later changed my mind about him. He and Zhang Ting have some pretty good chemistry together. Especially the part where he asked her to pretend to be his sweetheart. The Prince in Love Through Different Time, however, wasn't really that hot, at all. But if he is a good actor then I'll still watch it.

You should watch it (LTDT). It was a thoroughly enjoyable film. Especially when he was completely doted on her and adored her because she seem to know so many things. He even let her steal his things to make her happy. Like I said, not a moment of boredom.

When I first watched SDEP1, its true that I found the film enjoyable but there were moments when I just grabbed hold of the control to fastforward some scenes for a more interesting ones. But luckily with SDEP, the overall film was held on together by strong casts from most of the actors/actresses.

For LTDT, my personal opinion is that its a better film. The plot was excellent and for all ZT's fans, you just cannot help adoring her acting abilities. The Prince, while he is not handsome, he is kind of cute. You will like him as you watch the film. Mind you, I didn't like Vincent Jiao at first when I first decided to watch SDEP, but eventually I came to like him because he was a wonderful actor and was funny.

Zhang Ting plays a disciple of the blind detective (played by Kent Cheng) in The Blind Detective. She's really cute in here and I like her with Bao Bao. The series actually exceeded my expectations and was quite entertaining. I think you either "get" the humor and enjoy it, or you don't.

Zhang Ting always looks lovely and youthful. I have not seen any new series of hers since SDEP1. She's a very talented actress, but unfortunately, I think she's underrated. I'm glad to see her thread revives by the fans. She definitely deserves recognition for her talents. ZT is one of a few actresses that can act naturally in comedic roles.
