Lucky, we'd love to see your artworks, but please don't burden yourself with the drawing if time doesn't permit. This thread is only for fun after all else in your life are safe and sound.
I'm not the best in spotting wonders performed by plastic surgeons, but in my studies of pharmaceudical, I knew several in otolaryngology studies and had discussions with them from time to time on the topic. Oppa facial features progression in times look pretty natural to me. His eyes, nose (top candidates for Asian nips-n-tucks in general), and mouth, and chin/jaws (top reconstructive jobs on male patients) look the same before and current.
His skin is something seen improved with time, but it is not unusual for someone to have smoother skin once out of his puberty.
In otolaryngology, there're standards set for each feature (shapes, measurements, angles, colors, etc.) and they work together with other features to define beauty. Real people are often selected to represent the "models" or "molds". For example, in Western defined beauties, Pierce Brosnan and Catherine Zeta Zone are considered the "molds" in recent years.
I also read an analysis done on SSH's appearance by a famed cosmetic surgeon in Seoul. In this article, the surgeon considers SSH a true blessed "male beauty" and explain why people found Oppa attractive.
While there're standards, the patient's wishes and cultures play another important factor on the agreement between patient and surgeon for how the final "product" should look like. The question is "standards win or the patient's wishes win?". This is a big debate in this study. Michael Jackson is a strong case where the patient's wishes were granted very stupidly!
Plastic surgery practice in Asia holds a strong difference in philosophy with the West, because Asians are more dare devils to make extreme changes and usually praise Western features even though they may not fit well with Asian frames. As a result, it's very easy to spot Asian who went under the knife if their works were done by surgeons in the East.
In China, a very dangerous cosmetic job recently gained popularity. It's stretching a person's height by breaking a person's patella, fibula, and tipia bones on the legs in to chunks then allowing bone tissues to grow over times to fill the gaps. A minimum 33% of patients undergo the procedure will suffer permanent paralyse or impairment in walking. This procedure was found by the West and is meant for patients who were born with uneven leg lengths that impair their walking, and is forbidden by law in the West as a cosmetic practice. Yet, in China, it's a legitimate procedure and is now gaining patient in large number!
It's more common for Asian female stars to undergo nips-n-tucks than male stars. I can spot them pretty well. Of the Korean actresses seen on screen so far, except for Song Hyekyo whom I'm unsure about, 100% of the rest have at least one plastic job done in their lives.
It's an interest topic! Anyway, if you trust me, I don't think Oppa did it, at least not on his face.
