It turns out that the official fan club in Japan http://www.seungheon.jp/ which launched on July/11 is owned and operated by SSH's GM Company for commercial purpose. This fan club has its own copyright/legal entity and no affiliation with HoneyLang Japan. HLJ members seem to have taken by surprise with the birth of this official fan site. As of this point, HLJ and this official fan club will co-exist in Japan and there's no plan to merge.

It's interesting to see the pattern of efforts that Oppa's GM Company untertakes to promote his career in Japan in preparing for his come back: 2 managers and an official fan club owned by GM. Looks like Oppa is valued highly by Poibos.

I don't know.
This site is full in japanese so I can't tell. I don't plan on joining either because what use will it be if I don't understand the language. I only go there sometimes to peep at Oppa's latest photos, that's all.

No. SSH’s JP Official Fan Club is not a free board.
Colette is correct. This site is owned and operated by SSH’s GM office mainly to target JP market. So I guess it’s more “official” than Honeylang Japan.

Yearly membership fee: 6300Y (~55USD).
Unlike HL, application process for this club is described very thorough and membership can be applied anytime (yearly cycle ends one year after your application’s date). Application: https://www.seungheon.jp/entry03.php

There’s a message board on this site exclusive to SSH and his 2 GMs. They will directly write messages to fans there (Oppa will probably compose more flirty/florid love letters/poems ?) However, public content on this site is dreadfully shallow and pretty much everything is login protected.
Member’s privileges include:
- Fan club member’s card/gift.
- Right to content access
- Christmas gift/card (dogtag? cookies? free can of message bean?...)
- Right to participate in SSH’s JP events (I’m spoilt by the extravaganza tour with Oppa designed by maskofchina. If this fan club can come up with events half as good, I’ll join them for sure).
- Purchase of fan club’s exclusive goods (more dogtags? cookies? message bean? …)

Few new unseen pics of Oppa...I found this guy's Xanga and I understood that he's cousin is friends with Oppa? He had only few days in Korean but he went to Ji sup's house and had dinner with Oppa and attented Mr. Lee's wedding the next day?? Lucky!!!

"Yes, that's me looking ridiculously tired after not sleeping for a few days. Here we are around 2 a.m. at So Ji Sup's house. We met earlier in the day at a hair salon and my cousin told me we were going to have dinner with one of his friends. My cousin says that the person we're having dinner with is a korean actor. So we jump in a car and head off for the restaurant. So I'm waiting for us to meet this actor, and all the while I'm talking to this other guy who's driving the BMW we're in. We go to dinner and all the while I'm wondering when the actor is going to show up. The "actor" never shows up. We have a good dinner and we go to leave and we're mobbed by some fans seeking autographs. I was wondering what the heck was going on. And then when I saw my new friend signing the autographs I realized that it was he who was the actor. I was pretty surprised. When I first met Song Seung Hon he looked really familiar to me, I realized later it was because he has a striking resemblance to GMC's own Andrew Cho."

- have at least 55USD in your bank account per year
- pay absolute respects to the club's cultures and policies (Never in life disdainfully scoffing at the club’s etiquettes. Past behaviors do count!!! Will be immediately considered a culprit if once sneered at the club or its other “official” sister clubs)
- lawfully abide to not sharing/distributing club's "exclusive" goods of beautiful gadgets associated with Oppa (this includes expiree club cookies or dead message beans)
- unconditionally praise every breaths or moves of Oppa (including his bad hairstyle in Popcorn and Law Firm and his spurious/sham love poems).
- when receiving chocolates or other sweets from Oppa, take endless photos and distribute them over the NET to prove Oppa’s warmth and well thoughts, but DON’T EAT them. If possible, visit Lenin or Ho-Chi-Minh mausoleum and learn how to embalm your chocolates in a similar fashion.

Agree, the story is too bizarre!
I just don't understand how ANYONE can miss recognising Oppa? HOW CAN ANYONE NOT RECOGNIZE SUPER HUNKY OPPA? He's so drop-dead gorgeous! That guy Xanga is really clueless! And his account of what happened on that day is totally confusing! Maybe he does not know who Bae Yong Jun is either, and he just happened to be playing "sandwich" with BYJ and SJS?
On the other hand, his story has all the ingredients for a new kdrama. How about a clueless man who has just lost his memory running into Oppa in a hair salon. For unknown reasons, his heart starts thumping so he decides to stick like glue to Oppa. He should have put his hand on his heart in all those shots he posted. He appears not to have anything better to do, so he even went along to a wedding! Then he decides to take endless pictures featuring korean superhunks and ...... himself!
Just wondering.... Does the storyline for kdrama need to be intelligent???

Seungheoney, this is how I read the story:

- This weblog writer (let call him "xanga") who lives outside of Korea had no clue about the big names in Korean entertainment industry, including SJS, SSH, etc.
- xanga's cousin is a friend of SSH.
- xanga visited his cousin in Korea during GM Lee's wedding weekend.
- xanga met SSH at a hair salon. Through his cousin, he befriended with SSH but still have no clue that SSH is an actor.
- his cousin took xanga to a dinner with "actor" SSH. SSH was driving.
- Since xanga did not know SSH is the "actor", he kept waiting for the "actor" to show up.
- xanga realized SSH is the "actor" when SSH was "mobbed" for autographs by fans.
- SSH took xanga and his cousin to SJS house where they stayed up passed 2am. I guess it was at SJS' home that xanga came to know SJS and then BYJ too.
- xanga got to tag along to the wedding the next day or so.
