My chinese understanding is crap, but I will have a go in Mandarin.

    t”g•Ι‘

    ϊŠ¦[™|

    ‘Š›”—gˆί

    Si Zhang Ji (???????????)

Yuan Yang Yu Shi Que Shuang Fei
(Mandarin ducks/lovebirds meet and fly away together)

Ke Lian Wei Lao Tou Xian Bai
(Pity that one has white hair before they are old)

    Chun Bo Bi Cao
    (The green grass of spring)

    Xiao Han Shen Chu
(Knowing the coldness of the deep)

    Xiang Dui Yu Hong Yi
([The lovebirds] Washing their red clothes/body together)

I have no idea what the author was referring to, but I'll have a guess and what Ying Gu meant.

Ying Gu is referring herself and Zhou Bo Tong to the lovebirds who meet and she wants them to fly away together, away from Dali.

As the chinese saying goes, "Bai Tou Jia Lao (Being together till your hair is white and old [That is for the rest of their lives])", the phrase about white hair before becoming old is relating that she hopes she and Zhou Bo Tong would be together forever. The phrase says "pity", but it really means something positive. Jin Yong probably chose it since Ying Gu gained white hair when she was 19.

The next two lines just compare the opposite feelings of warmth and coldness.

The last line about lovebirds bathing together again refers to chinese sayings of "Yuan Yang Xi Shui (Lovebirds playing in water)" which is generally refers to the happiness of couples; the hapiness which Ying Gu wishes to have with Zhou Bo Tong.

Ying Gu's hair turned white at 19? When she still w/ ZBT? was it full-white or only several-whites?

    Spring Summer Autumn Winter.
    Pair ducks nest fly together.
Clemencies. Summer life, feather winter white.
Green meadow in spring, before the autumn bite.
    Watching the red gown.
    And none else, alone.

I don't think it was turned white instantly. More likely, her hair was turned white overnight.
