Among the major female characters, I like:
1. Ah Zhu -- sweet, witty, fun-loving, independent, caring, considerate, selfless <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">... an absolute blessing to have her around. <IMG SRC="smilies/touched.gif" border="0"> For guys she'd make a great girlfriend/wife, for girls she'd make a very good friend/sister. How can JY kill her off like that? <IMG SRC="smilies/bawling.gif" border="0">

2. Xiao Zhao, Shuanger -- similar to Ah Zhu, but probably less fun. Makes a better wife than friend.

3. Yilin (the little nun) -- of course she's sweet and kind and extremely selfless and everything, but because of her education and personality she won't know how to take life easy and enjoy. <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> I guess her only "problem" is she has no desires or ambitions (except LHC! <IMG SRC="smilies/inlove.gif" border="0"> ), so people who care about her will have some trouble trying to make her happy. <IMG SRC="smilies/sigh.gif" border="0"> Now that I call “pressure”, plus you can’t even blame her for that, because she’s so good! Can be frustrating I imagine.

4. Cheng Lingsu (from Feihu waizhuan) -- another selfless girl who is freakingly intelligent. <IMG SRC="smilies/sweating.gif" border="0"> A mature, faithful and "useful" companion to have. But as a wife she's not pretty (if that matters), and as a friend she can appear quite cold (no fun). But once she likes you she can practically solve ALL your problems without you even knowing it.

Major characters like WYY and ZZR received little love with only 1 and 2 votes respectively.

BTW, I'm surprised that Princess Fragrance did not received a single vote. It seems that ppl who topped the beauty poll is not liked widely. (We hate beautiful ppl?? <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">)

you know this poll is based way more on the actresses that played the girls than the girls themselves...

that's probably why princess fragrance didn't get any votes, because tvb does way more JY adaptations than GL.
