Jumping out of Auntie Qiong Yao's series, the sobbing Princess Ziwei, this Monday in Shanghai, in Bangde Zhong Jie art academy opening ceremony, formally became acting teacher.

In formerly delicate, good little girl, pretended to be a strict teacher in front of these Ruby fans, even occasionally appeared to be a bit brutal/powerful. When a mumbling student asked her, whether he/she has the potential to become an actor, Lin Hsinju said straight out: "First learn how to talk then talk more!"

Eight years in the acting profession, perhaps has not taught Lin Hsinju public relations in social events, but it definitely has taught her how to deal w/ everyone's questionings, and has a satisfied feeling of serving as a guidance for the students.

First class: Dealing with awkwardness
Lin Hsinju plays Manzhen in <BSY>, including a "rape scene" w/ Li Lichun. Thereupon, a student asked Hsinju how to deal w/ situations that can cause awkwardness? Never thought one who appears so pure & innocent like Lin Hsinju can startled people w/ this answer, "Actually, sometimes actors really are no different from those w/ special occupations. Because no matter who it is, as long as the plot calls for it, have to be kissed & touched by others hideously. Particularly bumping into ones which I don't like or cannot act, will make you feel very uncomfortable. Therefore, I admire Sandra Ng's performance in <Golden Chicken>." Once the words came out, felt somewhat awkward, perhaps discovered that in such a situation, to speak so unscrupulously was very inappropriate [hehe...Ruby always say what's on her mind].

In order to save her image as a serious teacher, Lin Hsinju very quickly turned serious. Started to talk about things that are proper in classrooms. "To perform well in rape scenes, one must do a lot of homework beforehand. For instance, be prepared psychologically, discuss things over w/ your co-star & the director, promptly tell them what is bothering you inside. After all problems are settled, performing it will be more enjoyable."

Second class: Progress of acting skills
Lin Hsinju is lucky, b/c she treats acting w/ infinite enthusiasm. Therefore can continue on w/ it. And also believed firmly that performance-wise, she herself has infinite possibilities.

This is the 1st way that Lin Hsinju taught the students on how to increase their performance skills: Maintenance you enthusiasms. Even these more-and-more realistic students know, sometime work and enthusiasm cannot be put together on the same level.

Then came the 2nd way, although quite common, but still functional. That is continuously review your works, at the same time, observe & study other people's works, learn from their experiences. Treat your acting skills from satisfaction to dissatisfaction, this is a growth process. Finally Lin Hsinju also show everyone how to discharge electricity w/ her big eyes "Being nearsighted & not wearing contact lenses is easier to discharge electricity!"

Lin Hsinju, Lin Hsi Lei (Lei Lei) night before last attended Xu Feng's husband's family banquet in Shanghai, "Double Lin" added star glamor to the banquet. Grandma Tang also smiled & said she wants Lin Hsinju to be her granddaughter-in-law, Lei Lei commended the Tang family's second son on his handsomeness.

May 3rd was Xu Feng's mother-in-law, Tang-Wang Wan Qi's 80th birthday, also was Xu Feng and Mr. Tang's 25th wedding anniversary, Xu Fengh youngest son Tang Chia Cheng's 20th birthday. The Tang family especially held the baquet at their hotel, the Hotel Inter-Continental Pudong, Shanghai. Invited friends & family to share in this "Triple Happiness," there were 18 tables, costing over $2 million.

Xu Feng wore a red Armani suit that night, busily entertaining guests. This banquet, like the ones described in novels about Shanghai aristocratic family get-togethers, took one year to prepare. At 3pm, a theatrical troupe performed an opera for Grandma Tang to celebrate her birthday. The 6pm banquet was designed by a famous designer.

Besides Cao Chitai serving as MC, Tang Chen's own stars Guan Zhitong, Yan Chunhsien performed magic & sang respectively. Invitees Lin Hsinju, Lei Lei also became the focal point. And Lin Hsinju also became Grandma Tang "Mystery Present!" After Grandma Tang watched <HZGG>, treated Lin Hsinju's Ziwei as her idol. When Lin Hsinju arrived, Grandma Tang happily pulled her to her to talk, also shouted she wants her eldest grandson Tang Zi Jia to marry her, so she can have an idol granddaughter-in-law. Too bad, Tang Zi Jia is a bit younger than Lin Hsinju. But, Lin Hsinju still considerately presented Mrs. Tang w/ autographed DVDs & CDs.
