It's the "in style" now, though I personally don't like it at all. Most actresses look better without it, including Vicki, Ruby, and Joe Chen (especially Joe Chen).

Her make-up is too dark, I think they overdid the eyes. I like her older pictures a lot better without all this heavy eyeliner.

i agree ruby looks better with light make up. But that style is concept of that night. ruby hardly ever makeup on her real life, but she did heave make-up in some events. That's nothing wrong. Every actors actress want to create diffrent image for events(or functions). I just enjoy them.
