Better yet, there's something about WCY having read 9Yin for a short period of time and understood it; while LHC recited YJJ for a while and got it. Who do you think is more talented?

It is quite hard to measure. Again, if we put DFBB at the same level as Xiao Feng, like what have been discussed a while ago, then LingHu Chong should be better than WCY.

but i doubt dfbb can match xf, i think he should be at the greats level or just below.

haha. L1n, you should go look at the "one more time: DFBB" thread to get an idea of how passionate these guys are about the boy george of the JY universe. in reality, he is incredibly powerful...i'd put him above the Greats, but not over YG.

now, onto the real topic: WCY vs. LHC. this is a tough comparison, because we are comparing two different things: a creator vs. a student. LHC shows incredible intelligence in picking up DG9J in a matter of days --- yet WCY created one of the most powerful sword styles of all time, and one of the best internal energy styles too. in other words, LHC possesses a superior sword style, but WCY has cultivated his arts for much longer. i'd say that LHC has the edge in technique, but WCY has a great advantage in internal energy.

the verdict: LHC will beat WCY if he can learn chi breaking stance. i think this is fair, because the sword is WCY's best weapon and fighting style.

WCY vs LHC... tough one. I'm leaning towards WCY, but since I am currently reading Lanny Lin's translation of SOD I perhaps might change my mind later on

I was not waiting for people to agree. I was waiting for people to comment on who will win between DFBB and XF if they fight. That's why I asked, "when was that agreed upon?" because I do not remember reading any discussion on DFBB vs XF.

WCY created all of his own skills? well, i mean, if we're comparing ppl who created their own stuff, u might as well throw in HYS and OYF. By the time of 2nd Hua Shan tournament, they should be almost equal to WCY, shouldn't they?

Heh, although I was talking only about nuts kicking, I am quite the DFBB fan. I think its possible he might be better then the Greats.
