    Sorry to keep everyone waiting (didn't have time this week to go online much).

    As to the avatar issue, apparently with the upgrade, we lost the modification to let users upload avatars after 200 posts. I'll need to modify the forum code once I get a chance to work on the forum. Anyone have the link to the mod for vB 3 handy? It'll save me some time searching for it again.

    Haven't played much with VB3, but I think you can make members with >= 200 posts Member, and the generic Registered Users just call it Junior Member (i.e creating two groups Member and Junior Member). Then you allow avatar uploads for Member. That'll do, no need for code hack.

    Try uploading now, it is now enabled for all members.

    Thanks for the tip Candide, but vB doesn't allow for my setting a usergroup that will place members into that group automatically when they reach a certain # of posts.. unless I update the database manually each time to move members from one group to another with the criteria that they must have 200 posts. Only user titles are set to do that.
