Try uploading now, it is now enabled for all members.

Thanks for the tip Candide, but vB doesn't allow for my setting a usergroup that will place members into that group automatically when they reach a certain # of posts.. unless I update the database manually each time to move members from one group to another with the criteria that they must have 200 posts. Only user titles are set to do that.

you cant do it with photoshop because ps doesnt allow animation, it only shows one frame. If you have ps, then u should have Imageready (it comes with PS) use that to make animation. Put images into frames and animate them... have fun (its probably easier to use something like Fireworks but Imageready works aswell)
