Yeung Gor does indeed have many female admirers (in the real world as well as in the ROCH storyline), but few guys I've talked to really want to *be* him. He's not the kind of the guy that wins the respect of many other guys.

I guess I'll be the only one here to say Guo Jing. He may not be the sharpest pencil in the box, but he's on par with many of the other leading men in terms of loyalty, devotion, skillz, and looks(think Julian

). I think he would make the perfect husband (Athena Chu thinks so as well

). How many guys here wouldn't want a wife like Huang Rong? She's beautiful, intelligent, can kick ***, and is a peerless cook to boot!

Everything is true except the looks. Although good-looking actors like Felix Wong and Julian Cheung have portrayed Gwok Jing on the small screen, the LOCH novel makes a point of the fact that Gwok Jing was *not* handsome. He wasn't grotesquely ugly, but plain . . . as befits his personality.
