Well, since I didn't like book 5 much, my anticipation level for book 6 ain't as high. But I was very much looking forward to book 5 back then since I loved book 4.

Hehe..I bet on aything that the 6th book is going to be so thick that they have to release it in 2 volumes.

    I hope not.

2 volumes could mean us having to wait much longer in between. Imagine HP6 vol 2 released 3 years after HP6 vol 1. Seeing how long it took for her to release HP5, I wouldn't be surprised.

This is sort of off-topic, but did anyone else saw the SNL episode with Lindsay Lohan last week? That skit where Lohan played Hermione really changed the way I picture Hermion.

Yup. I, for one, am getting a bit tired of all the waiting. Can't she be like Terry Pratchett and come up with a new book every year.

You know i kind of had an idea how it might end. it kind of seems out of there but i was rereading book 5 and i thought of something

    ***spoiler***
When the prophecy found out and Professor D and harry were talking about maybe he really isnt the one but Neville is. and at the end it is actually Neville who destroys voldemort?? crazy theory??? i think it is too but u never know

if neville will be the one who destroys voldemort, then she might as well change the title of the series into neville longbottom instead of harry potter maybe neville will play a major role in extinguishing voldemort, but harry is still the one directly involved
maybe we should give rowling Glutaphos or some other kind of brain vitamins

maybe the whole name naming of the series is a red herring?
after all Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkhaban (etc) does sound nicer than Neville Longbottom and the Prisoner of Azkhaban.

All i meant was that she kind of elaborated more on neville's family. cuz we don't really know about the other guys family from the same year besides ron but thats cuz he is harry's best bud. all i was saying was she kind of through in that it was either Neville or Harry that was the boy's from the prophecy. what if Lord V just chose the wrong boy to try to kill? it would be one cool twist i think. cuz we invested so muh energy into harry it would be the one person no one would think of being the one that actually kills Lord V. i don't know just something i thought of and decided to throw out there

Yes. One thing I enjoyed most about the fifth book was the sudden character development of Neville.
