Woah, so FBB didn't actually cut her hair after all?? Was it just a wig she was wearing before?? O_o At first when she appeared with the short pixie cut I thought it was fake because I didn't think she'd cut all her long gorgeous hair off, but then she kept appearing at events with that cut so I thought it was real... T_T But now she has her usual long hair again! ^_^

Are these the main actresses rumoured to be the new Bond girl? (I think I read about it before.) Out of these I definitely think FBB and Shu Qi would pull it off the best. Tang Wei would be ok too but her looks are a bit more "traditional/olden-day" and more toned down (not as obviously sexy). Who's the other actress? (Not LBB.)

She looks gorgeous at that event!
But how do actresses with such long hair keep it under a wig? I can't imagine being able to get my own hair under a pixie cut.

In light of the oscar season, which FBB was unfortunately not invited too, I just want to say that she's and LBB are the only Chinese stars who wear decent clothes during for the Golden Horse awards/usual events/fashion weeks. I mean, I don't really care for hollywood, but I tend to note that bouncey bubble dresses and unfitting jewellery tends to be real popular during the golden horse awards (and other bizaree nagl dresses....).

I'm not really a fan of her despite her decent acting, but damn if she doesn't have the fiercest sense of style + best stylist of the block right now! Anyone has any idea who her stylist is? Because most stylists in C-ent don't quite have the touch to me...hmm...(though I guess it's my personal preference looking at some of the things they wear).

She makes me wish they'd bust Shi Shi out in more adventurous haute wear instead of one-toga dresses. TBH Shi Shi can wear a lot of colours really well (although tbf I can't see SS being comfortable in half of what FBB wears!).

I think a thing is that FBB has a greater presence in the West and is buddies with people who put her front row at Dior. I think LBB might be starting to build connections like that too. When designers lend out clothing, it's really all about connections with the stylist or star, and if there are no connections, it's whether or not the star is big to bring sufficient exposure to the dress to make it worth it. I can't see Chanel lending LSS a $100,000 couture gown. I don't think even FBB gets that, I think Zhou Xun and Maggie Cheung are the only non-model Asians with the Chanel connection. I have to say that ZX and FBB are probably the Chinese actresses with the best options available to them and it's fairly obvious from the ways you can see them dress.

I would like to point out that LSS does not wear togas, there is a very big difference between a toga and a one-shoulder. If all one-shoulders were togas, Lanvin would be seen as an ultra-Roman brand rather than an ultra-French one. I don't see anything wrong with the fact that several of her looks are one-shoulders because it's a popular thing and there is quite a bit of range within it.A lot of her silhouettes are even vastly different. However, I do think that she tends to play it safe, but 70% of Hollywood plays it just as safe or safer. At least it usually doesn't look like all those tacky red carpet suck-up celebrities like the ones who wear Marchesa. I don't expect her to take the same risks as Diane Kruger (who is probably the only actress who isn't lyong when she says she styles herself) or the dramatic looks of Cate Blanchett. Publicly, LSS isn't a very outspoken girl and she isn't a huge fashionista either.

A lot of C-entertainment award ceremonies are filled with tacky people so I'm not really surprised. At least it isn't Marchesa, that's all I'll say.

Bringing up some old posts here~don't mind me.
I really like Fan Bing Bing, and she was top in my fav. actresses list after HZGG. Haven't caught up with her news in years though. Last drama I saw with her in it was Rouge Snow as Yu He.

I almost choked on my water reading the 2nd last sentence.
I don't think FSF's going to even make it to my likeable actors list. It's not really his acting skills (although he sometimes over acts, e.g. some episodes in Gong), but more due to his looks. Sigh. I'm shallow.

Bryan Singer has confirmed via Twitter that she has a major role in X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014).

Has anyone else noticed that her weight fluctuates a lot? I noticed that whenever she needs to film a drama/movie, she would lose a lot of weight but after they finish filming the weight comes back on. I actually like how unlike other actresses who maintain a slim figure year round, she is more...realistic?
