Luved all the classic "princess" story type things

    Cinderella
    Little Mermaid
    Beauty & the Beast
    Aladdin
    Sleeping Beauty
    Snow White

...but not their "sequels" Why would they go and ruin such great movies with horrible sequels?!?!?!?

ehehe Disney haven't been all THAT glamourous of late-- i think Dream Works and Pixar are what that's good right now. LOL.

But as for Disney Classics I must say:
-Lion King (but not the sequel-- although Lion King 1 and a Half was hilarious!)
    -Mulan
    -Nemo
-Monster's Inc (but i thought this was pixars? )
-Aladdin (eheh even the tv series was good)

    and MOST DEFFINITELY:
*PIRATES of the CARRIBEANS*!!!!!!! theeeee best! lol

Oh is that so? Kudos to Dreamworks then....Disney animated movies are really classics now the popular ones well with me esp are the ones with Pixar and perhaps Dreamworks.

Dreamworks' full list of animated stuff:

    Shrek 1
    Shrek 2
    Antz
    Shark's Tale
    Sinbad
    Chicken Run
    Road To El Dorado
    Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron
    Prince of Egypt

The ones that are traditionally animated flopped badly in the box-office. But Shrek 2's the third-grossing film of all time.

I don't know all the movies under Disney's banner so I'll stick with the obvious ones. I also don't consider Pixar's CGI movies as Disney's because Pixar is the one that actually produces and Disney is basically just a distributor and maybe a little more. Anyway, here are my favorite movies which everyone associate with the Mickey Mouse company...

    Old Yeller
    Mary Poppins
    Snow White
    Cindarella
    Sleeping Beauty
    Dumbo
    Bambi
    Pinocchio
My obsessions: Joy Division, New Order, Bones, The Office.

Yeah, it's valid to disregard Pixar.

Besides, if people wanna include Pixar films, they gotta include Miramax and Touchstone stuff too, since they are also under Disney.

Definitely Lion King it was sheer brilliance. The voices and animation and storyline were just superb.
After that I would probably say Mulan, Beauty and the Beast. I actually didn't like Pirates that much even though all you guys seem to rate it.

I myself am surprised that so many like Mulan. I though it was so boring. Pirates of the Carribean is also very blah IMO. I like old movies, really old ones. I love the Diney movies from the '40s, '50s and '60s.

hmm. . .really? i thought Mulan was really funny (even though i'm against the idea of the emperor bowing down to her. its just not right. there is of course a deeper symbolism to it though). anywho, i couldnt stop laughing at the part where she tried to spit. it came out all weird. still laugh at that part even though i've watched it, like, ten times.

    Thumbs up

Bambi-- it's heartwarming and because of this, it managed to capture my heart

    Second:

Lion King-- the opening is already very interesting and the plot is very exciting. I wasn't really sure if I were to watch this film at first because it seems boring to me. But I never regret my choice of seeing. Good one!

    Third:

Beauty and The Beast-- It's coming close to Lion King, but Lion King is more intereting. The opening of the show isn't as wonderful as Lion King, but the plot is interesting too.

    Followed by:

    Aladdin
    Sleeping Beauty
    Dumbo
    Tarzan
    Mulan
Don't regret for what you've done.
If you know you will regret,
Don't do it in the first place.

Hmm, seems like the classics aren't too popular. I love Bambi. That's touching.
