I'm gonna have to go with Lion King, it's the only Disney movie I can remember clearly.

For me, the very special ones were those that heralded Disney's second golden age... starting from Little Mermaid, then Beauty And the Beast, Aladdin and Lion King (those are in chronological order, I can't decide which I like better).

Even so, I like the recent ones too, like Lilo and Stitch (got me teared up, even though I'm so manly) Tarzan, Mulan etc.

During the 90s, the only one I didn't like much was Hercules (good for a laugh, nothing much besides that).

As for Pixar ones, it's difficult, since all are great stuff. But the one most emotional to me was Monster Inc. Bloody tearjerker.

I'd go with Beauty and the Beast, with the Little Mermaid coming in a close second. Mainly because of the music. It seems almost ages back in the days when Disney could churn out blockbuster cartoon films every single year. Lion King, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan, Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame... Now it's all crap like Home on the Range.

Can't really associate non-cartoon movies like Finding Nemo with Disney, even if they are pretty good.

Home On The Range is its last 2D animated film. Not a nice last hurrah.

I personally don't like the drawing of the 2nd golden age. Not very beautiful IMO. I prefer the classics like Snow White, Cindarella, Sleeping Beauty, etc.
My obsessions: Joy Division, New Order, Bones, The Office.

Actually, I didn't really like Mulan songs, except the one sang by the three guys while they were marching to war, that song about what sorta women they crave for or something.

Beauty and the Beast by a mile.

Next in line, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Finding Nemo and A Bug's Life.

Lion King is Disney's top-grossing traditional animated film ever. And if you don't count Finding Nemo, it still is.

Same as everyone else. Really liked Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Mulan. Wasn't as fond of Luion King, which amounts to near sacrilege as it seems to be univerally beloved. But it just didn't do it for me.

The Little Mermaid is also really good. And I have always found Prince Eric to be the most attractive of the Disney Prince Charmings. Having asked many of my friends, this seems like a pretty common sentiment. Wonder why?
