DGSD Characters: overrated or underrated?

I think sometime XF is kinda overate too. Like how he can beat YG in 3 minutes and stuff. But then again, he is pretty much the most talented martial art trainer you can find. To be able to at least compare to the Great's internal energy at the age of 31-32 with only Shoalin cultivation only are very rare indeed. I'll still put my bet on him.

Well, that's how we often overrate him. It's definitely not in the novel. The question is, based on the novel was XF overrated?

BTW, I'd like to repeat my question in the earlier post: Do we have evidence that the combined Three Elders' internal energy inside XZ's body was still less than the Sweeper Monk's internal energy?
