Which TVB series do you collect????

I am sure there are lots of TVB fans here

So which TVB series do you collect ?

Let me be the first to reply:

I usually collect the old TVB series that was made in the 80's...some example are:

1. Legend of Condor Heroes
2. Return of the Condor Heroes
3. Heavenly Sabre Dragon Sword
4. The Final Combat (so hilarious)
5. Duke of Mountain ??? (forgot the actual title)

and more...

Wow.. you have quite a few on your plates

So do you still watch them from time to time?

Yes I do...but my all time favorite has to be ROCH. I can't remember how many times i have watch that

... I even owned Chinese vcds too since I thought it would never release in Viet dubbed but when i bought the Chinese version...a few months later the Viet version came out

Cool.... for me, I have't been seriously collecting any series at all... except I had bought the vcds for "huan zhu ge ge" part 1 & 2. I didn't watch the part 3 series as they had replaced Vicki, Ruby and Tommy with other actor and actresses

when shows like The Bund or Looking Back in Anger make it to DVDs, I'd definitely pick up a copy. If they don't charge an arm and a leg that is.

2) Lik Siu Fung (vcd) - Daiman version
3) Duke of Deer Mountain (tape) - Andy and Tony verison
4) Legend of Condor Heroes (tape) - Felix version
5) Return of Condor Heroes (tape) - Andy version
6) New adventure of Chor Lau Heung (tape) - Miu Ku Wai
7) Looking back in Anger (vcd) - Felix version
8) The Bund (vcd) - Fat Gor - version
9) Burning Flames (vcd) - Louis and Wong hei verison
10) Cold Blood Warm Heart (vcd) - Adam, Chilam version (just got it)
11) Demi Gods and Semi Devils (both version on both VCD and tapes)
12) FLying Fox of snowy mountain (tape) - old one

Those are the original I got

The copied/download ones I have more but I fear if I list them people will bomb me to where I got them. I think I got over 30 more series ranging from 80's to latest one showing on TV.

Some people are really obsessed with collecting movies. I know this one guy who is starting to collect all the old series that TVB and ATV releasing on VCD/DVD and not to mention he recorded every new series that is releasing, lol. His house is stake with DVDs and VHS. I tell him not to record every series that come out..just record what you like but he wouldn't listen...*shaking head*

nothing wrong with collecting everything....his right to do so...heheheh.....besides, if suddenly TVB archive caught a fire, he can resupply TVB with his collection.....
