Hehe One of the reason why i love alec so much is coz he has SUCH a good reputation when it comes to being a good boy (no wonder he was chosen to be guai guai hu ) hehe he got chosen for the lil tigers in highskool, and battling that with his schoolwork, alec managed to juggle both and got into University of Taiwan, which is the best university in Taiwan (sooo proud of ya!) He became not only soo popular amongst the hearts of millions of girls, but also approved by hearts of mommies coz he is such a good boy hehe. He later dropped outta Taiwan University coz he decided that he didnt like Mechanical Engineering and wants to hit his career fully on singing, and now look where he is today brilliant Alec... smart, Guai (good), talented.. oh i love him!

Chrissy dearest... He is definitely, without fail... a good role model.

Apparently though... he's terrible when it comes to art. Art... on paper, I'm assuming. Because he has mastered not only the art of music, but of acting as well!

Lil' Ms. VG - *laughs* A Math God. Well put. *in a small voice* I'm horrible numbers.

*laughs* Sorry, Hien... I was doing my replying late at night. Obviously I was a little...off. Haha... edited my post! I'm sure though, that you see Alec as a good role model as well.

Hien, you and me both. I cannot do Probability if my life depended on it... haha. I really can't. And one day, I'll find myself sitting there... wondering what in the world I studied Probability for. What is the probability that Alec would be visiting my area? What are the probabilities of me striking Lotto?

*groans* Haha... that's what Probability is for.

Chemistry... gosh. I cannot do Science subjects either. As you can "see", I am obviously a very artsy-oriented person. Haha... History, English, Classics...you name it.

And you... trust you to link everything back to AV... including CHEMISTRY! It's very sweet!

I'm still curious about Alec's education. I think that education is very important. I'm just every happy that Alec finished highschool, unlike some artists here in the U.S. Did Alec finish college? If not, what year did he decide to quit mechanial engineering and start his singing/acting career?

didn't alec say in his interview that his favorite subjects were math and english?
his worst is history because he doesn't like to memorize. He likes math because he said it was based on one formula, there is nothing to memorize, and the he can get the answer through logic and reasoning......

he said when he was in middle school, all his math tests were 100%.

when he took the exam for college, he took the math, english, chemistry, physics, and some government based tests. he gave up on biology. he got into national taiwan university in mechanincal engineering because back then all male students chose engineering and science as popular majors... he wanted to change his major to business management, but it wasn't successful! so he dropped out of college in his junior year.

How ironic, he doesn't like to memorize. yet, he took acting as a career. Don't you have to memorize your lines??

Emily, thanks for that. Haha... Math is logic and reasoning. I, on the other hand find History easier!

LVG, yes... an actor has to memorise lines. But I was just watching the director's commentary for A Beautiful Mind (which I have seen seven times) and actors like Russell Crowe, who are established and have done it for years... don't take forever to memorise lines. They get into character and from there, the dialogue flows... it doesn't have to be word for word. Some they improvise on the set there and then... some they feel through the character and the exact same thing comes out of their mouth.

It becomes something natural, I guess.

Hien dearie... you wish! Then again, it would be a career that you'd rather work OT than go home and laze around *laughs* Your mind, if it isn't already is, will be on AV 24/7... I find that amazing!

Hmm... what's worst than exams... is getting the results back... haha. Then again, if you've worked hard enough... it makes a difference. (Yes, I am getting my results back)

Haha... I am waiting and waiting and waiting for an update from Phalen. I desperately need "I Choose You" to put me back into the AV mode... something that requires more imagination than something that's purely visual and onscreen - which requires a whole lot less... thought. I am not saying I don't love HZGG... it's my favourite!

Hello Chrissy... we're not actually talking about anything of any utmost importance to darling Alec... haha. He is currently MIA... it seems.

Oh, oh... he was at this SoShow event... in Beijing, opening a new shopping mall... the mob was HUGE! He had... 50 bodyguards, apparently? He is indeed big in China... no wonder he's always there and not anywhere near either of us! *laughs*

A topic... to date... which is your favourite character Alec played?

Mine is still Wu Ah Ge! I cannot say En Qi is a favourite. En Qi is more of a ...role model, for lack of a better word. En Qi is a character I respect and admire yet I cannot identify with because I have yet to reach that point in life where I will sacrifice EVERYTHING for someone, where I will put myself miserably into a hole... and have no idea when I will one day see a light...
Wu Ah Ge, on the other hand... is more of a ancient-times Prince Charming. He is dependable, he is protective, yet he can be my opposite... not having EVERYTHING in common (Now, that would be boring!) Someone who can argue with you...well, not argue as in fight... but to have different opinions on various issues... someone who sees that something special in the girl he loves.

Wu Ah Ge, hands down. What an easy question. He's like Mr. Perfect. but, sometimes, i do wish that vicky zhao (in the movie) is more educated. I mean, he's sooo smart and everything, and she's stupid. I like their couple, but sometimes i feel very upset for Wu Ah Ge.
