can i just ask regarding alec's series Taji Prodigy..how come there are like 2 versions..one whereby it has ruby in it and the other whereby another ger acts in her role - the other ger is the same actress who acted opposite ruby and kang ta in Magic touch of fate..
anyhow..wats the ending like?

Nauti, about Taiji. It's a DICKY CHEUNG's serial. alec is just a "guess star".
though his role was one of the main characters, he's still considered a guess star only. it's not an "alec's series" persae.
anyways. i only know that there is two version. one with ruby and one with the girl from hk or something. The character that both ladies protrayed was of a girl who is like crazy over alec's character, who's like twice her age etc-- but he doesn't look it lol. anyhoo, they did that was because of some kind of promo-- or that hk girl won something so she gets to play it??? ahh it's been so long ago i dont' even rmember anymore. in anycase, I saw the version with ruby in it.

TP plot:
-it's a dicky show, so yea, everything revolves around him.
-alec is the 'ancient' kungfu master who's gone kinda "mad" in a way from too much power(?) anyway, he's in love with this one girl, who ends up marrying his bro, so alec feels betrayed...he leaves.......somehow the girl dies, leaving a son behind....yrs later when that son becomes a man, alec comes back into "martial arts" world discovers he has a nephew (yet the unc looks younger than the nephew IMO LOL).... during which time he encounters dicky, becomes friends. the main girl (played by lee bing bing) is an assasin--to kill dicky and co. somehow to alec she looks/is like the dead lover, or is liek her reincarnated form, so he thus becomes obsessed with her...funny stuff how he tries so hard to woo her. (ahh u know, the main girl always fall for the main guy-- dicky)... so then RUBY is like this lil girl who alec had promised to marry when she grows up-- well, back then he was only saying it just to say it, but seems like she took it to heart and searched for him, well, he somehow always tries to avoid her, it' sliek he's "alergic" to women lol. ok, so things happens.....................all the way in the end Ruby somehow gets injured (but not realy bad) she pretends to die, alec has epihany, can't live w/o her---cries for her death (really funny moment). yea yea yea, do i relaly need to tell u the ending?

NOTE--------wat i've jsut told u is only ALEC's part of the serial. this series was like 30+ something eps long. if ur not a Dicky fan as well, i wouldn't rec u to watch it. (some parts gets very draggy and annoying. very typical dicky movie. but I really liked it cuz i love both actors.)

omg omg...thanks alecvicky for all the info that was really informative! im just d/ling the whole thing and scrolling through alec's parts..he is so funny sometimes lar..but was really touching when he was taking care of LBB's character when she was suffering from the poison and all..so sweet..
although alec looks kinda weird with all the wild hair and white streaks..he still looks good..
but i notice that there seems to the same few actresses that act in the same series as alec
e.g. yiqian from Aegean and Buhui from HSDS 2003

I was lucky to catch the Moon Festival in Wuhan on CCTV International (CCTV9).
The show was awesome. I love it.

I wonder if I can download the whole show somewhere on the Net or the list of the songs/singers/performance in the show.

I watched it on CCTV 4 can't really say I loved the concert because the singers were mostly old old pplz. Alec was great though. I wished he showed up live cause he might tlk a bit. LoL The stage was the highlight of the show for me though. It was so beautiful!

It's draggy and annoying? I thought Dicky series are all funny. So is Alec a old man in the story? Is this story somewat lik "Legendary Siblings"?
