The storyline isn't too bad, but you do get annoyed with a lot of the characters, but thats only because of what they do to FanLeiFa in the series, so its part of the storyline. But it makes the series more interesting and it makes you feel more sorry for her and makes you want to get in the screen and slap them yourself. Especially that girl who plays Kam Ding.

Hey there everyone I just saw this week's tapes and it was good!! Finally Jessica gets some credit and exceptance in here!!

I actually still dont' like Mimi that much even though she is the first person to treat Jessica nicely and with respect. Since to me, it seems like Mimi did so only because Jessica had cured her face and made her "beautiful" again. I wouldn't think this way if Mimi hadn't said this one line to her brother. I forgot what it was, but it made me feel that she was just being nice to pay Jessica back and if it hadn't been for that incident then she would still treat Jessica badly...

Oh my gosh!!! I was about to hit the tv when the Sit family was planning a secret marrage for Joe to that dumb girl!!! Tricking Jessica like that Oh for goodness sakes!!! I was soooo angry!!! How dare they do that? Exactly like Jessica said, the Sit family is a respectable family, but doing such thing? Totally lost all respect for them!!!

I can not stand the people in the Sit family!!! Espically how they treat Jessica badly, but when they need help? They get Joe to go crawling over to Jessica to beg for her help in a way!!! *goddess shakes head angrily*

I'm still very dissastified at the ending!! Damn it! Ding San does not deserves Lei Fa. What took him so long to find out that Lei Fa cares about him so much? There's so many hints along the way and he just does not get it!

The actress who plays Kam Ding is Cherie Kong. And you'll hate her even more cas of that fake pregnancy. Especially what she framed Lei Fa of doing.

Sorry to dissapoint you guys but the series ending doen't tie all loose ends so there are still questions to be answered for the minor characeters.

If Cindy supposedly ends with Power then what about Mimi's brother? He likes her too!!!

Getting a sense of deja vu because I'm sure I've answered something like this before.

Other than Jessica and Joe, the couple that comes closest to confirmation is Cindy and Power, and even the story for that pair feels partially unresolved. Power joins the army to win Cindy and General Sit's approval, but there's no scene where General Sit officially approves of his suit. The possible romance between Mimi and Lei Fa's 2nd brother (it's been bugging me for a long time, but what is this guy's real name?) poofs into thin air, and nothing was ever mentioned of it. Poor Mimi's brother doesn't even have an option to anyone at the end.

I still stand by my ground that this is one of the most slip-shod, crappiest piece of scripting work I've seen in recent TVB productions.

I agree with you Arashi, Lady Fan doesn't stand close compare to General Father, General Son. I still enjoy it nevertheless.
