I cannot be like Amy, being a vegetarian means no seafood too. I CANNOT DO THAT! I can live without meaty beef, prok, chicken, etc, but seafood... AH NO!

Actresses in the 80s look better and age better because, when they were youngrer they didnt stress as much as actresses now-a-days, haha, stressing about their weight alone can make them age a few years more than they should be. HAHA, plus, when we compare ppl in the 80s with ppl today, we tend to be more lenient on those older, because well that explains it. THEY ARE OLDER! LOLZ, when we talk about actresses, its just because we see them as a whole person, an entertainer, not a model. Therefore when we judge them, we see them as a great actress and woman. Unlike many young actresses today, we see them, they look cute, but after they become famous, they change, and their acting tends to fluctuate too, therefore we become extremely critical, and see them age more. HAHA, am I making any sense?

But all in all, its just psychology. We believe what we think, and sometimes, its just our bias thoughts.
Wait a minute, r u telling me dat amy is a vegetarian??? U serious?? I never knew dat. I hav to say dat i learn new things about her everyday fr u & jparadize. I wonder wat i don't know about her

I don't think i can live without chicken. I don't mind not having any other thing but i must hav chicken, if not i'll be really grumpy

I thought actress in the 80s had more stress, i mean i heard dat they had to move fr one series to another series in one day. Not much sleep & etc. Though i agree with u nowadays actresses r more stressed on their image, weight then their acting. No wonder they look like how they look. Mental stress is worst then physical stress.

Thanks Linh-e-Pooh for da confirmation pictures of amy fr the Young warriors. She did not have any earings in dat series. None of da girls had. I mean da episodes dat i rewatched. I didn't see any of da gilrs wearing earings. It's a bit weird right??

I hav to wait until i get my TGOD before i can tell u whether she is wearing any earings there LEt's hope it'll be soon.

Yeah, that would be lovely! If jparadize would be able to get her friend to get 2 copies of the CDs, that would be the best, I'll have to comtact her for that though! KEKE..

    You should get one too!

I've been to many musicals, haha, but I never really liked them. Too crowded and loud. Theater is crazy! HAHA, but I can definitely tell they are very professional, it takes so much concentrations! HAHA, I cannot do live shows, keke, one mistake and you cant fix it, you must play along! HA
Sorry, but u r not right. I wish i was living in England or Europe but i don't. My dream is to live there coz i like Europe a lot but sadly i don't think i'm able. I live very near to jparadize. Don't u like musicals?? I luv it very much. I think concerts r worst. DOn't u think so?? I mean isn't it more crowded then in a concert?? To me it is. Theatre is beautiful.

Yep, being a doctor has been my top priority. I guess its just me wanting to follow my grandfather's footstep. But using your talents to help others isnt neccessarily a bad thing. Life is short, do what you like!

I am not hardworking trust me! I am just trying to run away from work, studying on weekends. ^_^

So Gilbert spend more time with Amy in dis series. I thougth Steven was paired with her. I'm not complaining bcoz i don't like him so i don't mind him not being around dat much. Just wondering how he can be paired together with Amy if they don't hav dat much screen time together. I think i'll know pretty soon Not sure how soon coz yesasia is checking fr their supplier for da stock. Let's hope it is in stock, if not then i'm not sure wat i'll do. One thing is for sure i'll be really disappointed if it's there is not stock. So i'll keep my fingers crossed.
Hmm, I was searching for TGOD on yesasia.com and this is what I got!

    TGOD Part I
    http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.asp...id-1004574821/

    TGOD Part II
    http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.asp...id-1003869224/

Totaling up to not even $180 USD. Not bad for a series that long! I only bough mine for $57 USD. Luckily me, eh?

The products I gave you links for are in stock. I dont see any versions of TGOD that are set in 4 volumes

And yes, according to my seeing, Gilbert spends more time onscreen with Amy than Steven does. HAHA, you would actually love to see Amy and Steven together in here, because she does deserves to be with the man so love oh so much. No matter how much you hate Steven, you would want to see her end up with him. Trust me, you cannot think otherwise.

Amy spends much time with Gilbert because Steven doesnt like her in the beginning, therefore doesnt spend time with her. But when he does fall for her, he leaves for war. Half of the series revolves around her working his family whilst he is at war. So, basically Amy and Steven's path doesnt cross each other for at least half the series. HAHA, ironic, eh? If Amy and Steven where said to be at odds in this series, I would believe it!

But trust me, Steven and Amy's chemistry is really good, despite their little onscreen time together (in percentage) compared to other couples in other series, IS GREAT! Their scripted lines are so alluring and brilliantly written, it gives you goosebumps sometimes. But yes, seeing them together, you cant help but say "AWWW, how cute?"

Just dat modern long hair, u can layer it so it won't be dat far off just more modern i guess

Well, Amy's hair isnt bushy and extremely full. HAHA, I dont know how to put it, but if her hair was to be long, I'll imagine it to be around mid-back, at its longest. I wonder how she's look, because I am new to her with long hair.

And most luckily it would be layered. But as I said, its always kinda curly. ^_^

Goodness, Amy had been a vegeterian for a long long time. HAHA, I dont know how long, but for as long as I knew, she's been a green-eater, not meat. HAHA, I believe, if I may be correct, her husband is one too. I wonder if her son is a vegeterian? HMMM, growing up with both parents being a vegeterian, I hope he's one too. I mean, who'd cook meat for him when he was younger? HAHA, not mommie of course, I hope! ^_^

IMO actresses in the 80s generally worries less than the actresses now-a-days, as actresses then worries more on their act than on their looks, therefore the physcial stress of course is high, but mental stress is not as high as compared to actresses today who are being watched and criticed on how they look around the clock. HAHA, back then, the POPerazzis arent all over the streets like they are today. I agree with what you said, actresses today focus too much on their looks, thats why their mental stresss really make them age faster. As I said, you are only as lod as you feel. HAHA, if the actresses succeed, they'll look good (though physical attractiveness is mostly due to personal genes, weither or not you stay pretty or look old, depends on how you take care of yourself). That's why the acting quality had deteriorated, because actors and actresses (more so than not) worry too much about looks and not the inner profession. AT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, dont you think?

Thats why I like to watch or rewatch older series, now-a-days. New TV series are generally rotting my brain. I always give them a try, but if they fail to grasp my attentions, its definitely a GOODBYE!

Nah, I dont really like neither chicken or beef. I am more a seafood and veggie eatter. Love anything with crab in it. I am not a big fan of lobster, I dont think its any different from shrimp honestly, but I dont understand why my mom and dad thinks otherwise. But whatever, every1 has different tastes.

I had actually think of becoming a vegeterian, but I cant let go of the seafood, but there's another kind of vegeterian genre where you only eat seafood and greenaries, I forgot what they are called, but I'll prob become one of them. But again, that means if I want food, I have to cook it myself. HAHA, I eat what my parents put on the table, HAHA, me cooking is like the blind leading a newborn across the streets. ^_^

think about yeah, I dont recall any of the ladies wearing any type of articles resembling an earring, or any sorts. Ahhh, calling to my attentions, it is a bit odd. HAHA, are they running low on budget? HEHE!

But then, the earrings make them too feministic, doesnt it? We are talking about ther heroic Yang, the ladies are sophisticated, but doesnt need earrings to make them look like the true women the are. EH? HEHE, Sheh Sai Hua need not earrings to beautify her beauty both inside and out!

BTW, warlock, I searched TGOD on sensasian.com and here is were I saw the 4 volumes of TGOD:

    V1:
    http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.asp...id-1003869224/

    V2:
    http://sensasian.com/product.php/en/...TV_TV_Series)/

    V3:
    http://sensasian.com/product.php/en/...TV_TV_Series)/

    V4:
    http://sensasian.com/product.php/en/...TV_TV_Series)/

Totaling up to about $164 USD, its a bit cheaper than the 2 parts volume YesAsia.com offers. But either way, its too late to tell you now. But, next time make sure you get the better end of the deal, since you are a student, you need to save the money on these kind of thing. And thinking about it, I bet you dont have a job either, so you must save up. ^_^

Hmm, I was searching the series at MalMusic.com too, and they also have the 4 volumes to TGOD, but theirs is a bit more expensive than SensAsian.com (they run for $49.99/volume, whereas SensAsian.com runs for $41.99). HEHE, I am pretty sure if you can buy the series in a video store in Asia, it'll be about half the price you bought it for online. But as you said, for a person who isnt too good at chinese, walking into a Chinese video store is like an American walking into a foriegn country. Its a safer bet to buy it online!

Ahh, I see, so u went to London as a vacation resort? ^_^ My guessing has never been that great, haha, the closest I've gone to England was Germany. HAHA, but no biggie. I love the cooler weather too, Sydney is gorgeous and the scenes prettiful, but the weather in London would suit me better too. The ancient buildings always attracts me, as it tells many history. I love reading history and learning about it (NOT US History, they have too many boring history, plus their exsistence hasnt been long enough to encapture the great histories of earlier civilizations, such as the beauty and arts of the Chinese community. EXQUIST, if I can say so myself... Chinese history is so vibrant and magnetic, IMO, I can never learn enough!)

Dont get me wrong, warlock, musicals can be oh so entertaining. Its just, I really dont like sitting in one place for so long. HAHA, I dont like crowded theaters and the sound effects when the speakers are all over the place. I dont like being caught in a long place. Remember, I live in the US, where they thin convience is the best. The quality of theater here compared to places in Asia is prob 2 totally different experience. HAHA...

But yes, enjoying live performances onstage is amazing, you can tell they are extremely good at what they do. AT LEAST we can gaurantee that they are actually acting ^_^

YES, concerts are so much worst. I nearing got ran over so many time :P I hate going to concerts, but I have to so many times. HAHA, not by choice, I rather go to more sophiscated stageplay like musicals. HAHA!

jparadize and warlock, do you guys have a favorite picture of Amy to post up? I am trying to find a picture of Amy that has a clear visual so I can sketch it. This time I am planning to paint it, haha, I wonder who it'll look But I just want to try something new.

I am specifically looking for a pic from Love in a Miracle, I have an idea in mind for a painting of Amy in Love in a Miracle, but I cant seem to find a picture that I am looking for.

Can one of you locate for me a screencap of Amy blindfolded in the little cabin? I cant find one. TIA!

Dunno if ya'll have seen this, but here:

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=SD9y5ZlhjDU
    http://youtube.com/watch?v=TJR1iMGiN4U

Of course I cant understand a single thing, but I am assuming that they're just talking about her career and life on the stage, kinda thing.

But this is especially for warlock. Amy has rather long hair in this segment, I mean, her hair looks rather long, to me! And remember, in this video she has curlier hair, therefore if it was straight out, it'll only get longer. So this proves that Amy still looks irresistable with long hair, as well as, with short hair. ^_^ She looks really pretty in this video. I've seen this video on tudou.com a few days ago, it was a little bit clearer, but I decided to post it up for warlock to see. Isnt Amy so pretty in here?

BTW, I was looking at the pictures during the end of the show, and if I am correct one of the pictures (The 2nd one they show at the end!) - Is that Amy's mother, herself, and her younger sister Carina? If so, Amy does look a lot like her wonderful mother! But of course, Carina looks more like their mother, IMO. I almost mistaked the elder lady in the pic as Carina.

These are some of my favorite Amy's photos:

(She looks so young and vibriant in here, so full of life and love. EH?) SUPER PRETTY!

(I love the green shirt she's wearing, it brings out her blissful cheeks. Her pose is really adorable too, with her focusing and twrilling with the champaigne glass - CUTE, very artistic!)

(This is from Legend of Hung Ming Ting... I think Amy looks radiant in the furry brown customes, dont you? I love the pose here too, great angle!)

(I personally love this picture of Steven and Amy, they look so cute here! Seems like she's having so much fun being picked up by Steven, who looks like he is 3 times her size!)

(This one is really pretty, I like the candid look on this picture. Her red shirt really brings out the light and beautiful makeup. It focuses much on her pretty eyes. Her hair also looks wonderful!)

(THE SISTERS KNOW HOW TO ENJOY THEMSELVES! Amy looks great, her sister IMO dont look too much like her, but who cares, sisters dont always look alike, its great that they have their own individualities!)

I almost mistaked the elder lady in the pic as Carina.
yea. i saw this before. it's talking about her life since she entered the cilrcle then abit on her family. AND on the musical. hahah =)
