I think u right. With da earrings & such it'll take our attention away fr their beautiful costumes. It's just me being old fashion, wanting to see girls with earrings

U sound so much like me right about now.

Chicken and Duck? HAHA, that's funni! Now I really am curious where you live! If you around Asia, then you should know Chinese well enough, but who would know? I am not good with the countries and their official languages and all them stuff. :P
It's not as though we can pick our couriers fr yesasia. It's just dat i notice dat they will use dhl when they send things to me & i trust dhl as u trust fedex I also notice dat sensasian is not dat consistent when it comes to their courier service. I pay a lot of money for da courier service & they use local courier service so i'm totally not happy with it & to make matter worse my package was damaged in da process

Yeah, if u want something & u r already planning to get it, get da best one fr da best place. At least u r happy & satisfied with wat u bought even though it cost a bomb. Dat's my philosophy

Haven't u heard about chicken & duck talk ? I translated it straight fr a cantonese word. I live in malaysia, linh. So i'm practically a neighbour to jparadize I'm supposed to be ok with cantonese but as u know my mum it's pretty strict when it comes to languages & english is da main language in my house. I guess it's bcoz she was brought up in da era where english was really important & she made it important to her kids too. So dat's why i'm pretty bad when it comes to chinese.

HAHA, musicals are alot better than concert, because its more organized and fans dont go crazy and scare every 5 sec! Of course, concerts arent much compare to musicals and theater art, that's just for ppl who cant stand the crazy crowd, to others they cant stand the sophistication involved in theater arts.

I'll go to concert, depending on with who and to see who, with Amy, I wouldnt mind going.. HAHA
I actually want to go to moscow. I think moscow is really beautiful. I know it's really cold there but i really want to go there one day. I think if it's possible i would want to go for a europe tour. Actually, i want to go to canada first. I've been planning to go to canada with my cousin but i've yet to accomplished dat yet I think i'll hav to do dat first then only go for a europe tour. Too many places i want to visit but too little funds

As they say, pictures worth a thousand words. There are pictures of Amy in promotional events, memorable livetime events, childhood pic, etc etc that you can never catch in her series. Isnt it worth something?
Well yes, pictures r worth a thousand words but still i like to see her talking & moving. I can rewatch series many times Da other reason i don't keep her pictures is dat i did once but it got lost when my computer died & i was so sad. So i made up my mind not to keep anymore. I luv looking for her pictures & all but i don't keep them now. I keep it all in my 'head'. Well now since i've come to dis site maybe i'll start keeping her pictures again but if i do, this time i'll make sure i back it up I don't want to loose them again so hard to find it again. U know how much of work is put into searching for her pictures right?? Well now with it's easier coz u told me where to look for her stuff

Hmm, Amy maintained the same appearance all throughout TGOD IMO. She doesnt look older or anything. But Amy is so beautiful and looks so classical when she wears the one specific outfit I dont know the name of it. HAHAHA, its like a shanghai dress, but not as colorful. HEHE, any1 know what I am talking about?

But yes, you'll have to get used to her looking young and oh so innocent. HAHA! I love her with the pregnant look. I think she looks very maternal and gorgeous! I wonder how she looked when she was pregnant with her son I bet she looked gorgeous! As they say, a woman looks best on 2 occassions, one if of course her wedding day, and the other, during pregnancy! AGREE? Those men better, because the woman are carring their baggage! :P
I meant tgod for da first few pictures

R u talking about da 'cheong sam' Da dress with da chinese collar?? I think it's da costume of amy's more matured picture in tgod dat windcross has posted right? If it is, it's called a cheong sam. Not many people can wear dat. Coz if a person it's on a heavy side, u can really see da folds I'm one of those who cannot wear it. I look like stuff pig

HAHA, you understood what they are saying? I thought u dont understand too much! But yeah, I mean they are interviewing Amy, what other thing can they talk about other then her career? I hope not politics! HAHA, plus they had the background music of her singing the songs to her series' theme, that gave me some hints. Plus they pictures the magnified. HAHA, its only right that they were talking about it.
I've seen da whole video already & yes i understood wat they were saying Well i think i did. I may hav got some words wrong though. I can understand cantonese but not very well & i definitely cannot speak it so fluently.

Actually amy talked about her son in da second part of da video. She was comparing her character in da musical & herself in real life. As u know in da musical she will be playing a mother who does not agree dat her son will be a dancer or something in dat line. I think she said dat her character was once a dancer but chose to stop to hav a family & etc. When her son wanted to be a dancer she disagreed. She also said dat da story of da musical is about choices a person make in life. Anyway, amy did say dat if her son liked singing when he was little she would not discourage it but will encourage it as a hobby (i think it was hobby, not very sure da exact meaning of da chinese word). She would not discourage him to be a singer but she would want him to complete his studies first then if he still decides to be a singer when he's an adult then she would permit it. Wat a good mother huh?? Da only thing i was not very sure was whether she said it as an example or was it a fact dat her son liked singing. Sorry not being very helpful huh?? I think Amy also said dat it's not easy being in da entertainment line nowadays.

Da host of da show also asked her if she had to choose all over again wat she would rather do singing, acting or host programme shows (pls keep in mind she has done all three). Do u know which she chosed??? She chosed acting

Amy did talk about how she started acting & etc also she said her son was in uni or college. I hope i got da info correct coz my cantonese is just ok. Well if i'm wrong, i hope jparadize can help us out

uhuh. i know this is for me to answer. hahah
the first one is simplified chinese. the first character, aka surname, is a simplified one.
the 2nd one is traditional chinese. the surname is a traditional character. realised her name doesn't have a simplified character? hehe that's how funny is chinese.
mainland chinese, singapore and countries like them seldom uses tradtional chinese BUT hk and taiwan still uses traditional chinese. that's why =)

Actually i just found out dat i just got my package already. It took only 2 days so dat's really good I can go & start watching tonite

I hav to find da right time to ask parents Let's see whether i can do it soon coz there is a sale in yesasia & if i don't get it soon, it'll coz even more to buy da other two parts

We hav quite strict customs. I know it's just series but i don't really know da rules on bringing in stuff right so i always keep fingers crossed
Yeah, I've noticed not too many ppl know about the Global YesAsia, but that's just because its normally defaulted as the US and Canada version of YesAsia. Well, to my knowledge, it is so!

LOLZ, really? You've gotten the series already? WHAOOO! Feel excited for you warlock! Now you get to engage us in what you've learned, how much you liked it, and ask us to be deep-core spoilers! :P NOTE: I only wrote, how much yu love it, because I am positive you'll love it!

Yeah, talk to you parents soon!

Stirct custom? HEHE, I am so lucky I dont have any strict customs regarding my freedom to watch my series!

I mean new series dat they sell in da local stores & old series r around da same price so it's better to get it locally. Sad to say is dat older series r harder to find & therefore we hav to resort to getting it online Actually, to think about it, u may get it slightly cheaper then me coz i always ask for express delivery which is by courier service & it cost more since i live 'overseas'. Whereas u will get it fr US right? So it's more worthwhile to u
It is much cheaper for me to get many of the products online, because they are defaulted for US and Canada residences. Therefore the price, especially shipments, are at many times cheaper! Lucky me! But as I said, for those living in Asia, its cheaper if you bought the things you want at the local store, that is if you know what you are looking for. HAHA!

Its alot easier for me now to look for older series, because the site I go to offers to search for the series you want. But it'll be a bit more expensive of course, but trust me its worth it!

You just have to find a site where you can get the series you want too. Easier said than done, I know, but hey, Lady Luck might drop by, SOMEDAY!

HAHA, knowing the earrings they wear in custom series, its only obvious that it'll drag our attentions from the beauty of both the actresses and the customes, that are so brilliantly made!

HAHA, you're not old fashioned! Its just something we all think, well, at least I do. Girls generally have earrings. But what am I saying? I am not wearing an earring, I havent wore one for a few months, :P But I do have my ears pierced!

Yes, SensAsian is very inconsistence with their couriers. But hey, good news, I recieved my Love As Before CD today, I cant wait to listen to it. Its at home right now, sitting somewhere in my room. SO EXCITED!

But yes, SensAsian wouldnt be my choice of store to get my products, but sometimes SensAsian does offer stuff you cant find from YesAsia (like the CD I have now :P) they dont have it! I ordered it about a month ago, but the couriers, I think I chose the standard, HAHA! I wasnt in the need for it. But my series, I always do 3 days delivery, HEHE!

    Its a good philosophy warlock!

Ahh, Malaysia! Wonderful, I've never been there before! I've been to Singapore, never Malaysia! Singapore must I say is beautiful! Very clear sky, lovely landscaping, interesting buildings. GREAT FOOD! HAHA! And the things there are so much cheaper than the US. US really rips you off your money. But again, most products in US are from Asian countries, so its more pricey, nothing odd about that. But hehe, shopping in Singapore is FUN!

Its great that you learn alot of English, but I definitely wouldnt want my children to forget their native tongue. Its great to learn both languages growing up, as children's brains are like a sponge, they learn quicker when they are young, it helps their mind expand a bit more!

RUSSIA is big, but their population is very small. Its because most of their land are too cold to be inhabited by human. HAHA, but I always wanted to go there, because I love the cold.

Moscow is very cold, but I think you like it. But isnt Malaysia really hott? Or am I thinking of some other place? :P

Canada is really nice, the wheater is perfect! Lovely place to live. I've been there a number of times and they offer alot of Asian food. HAHA, many Asain inhabitants, which is great! Because in NJ where I live, the Asian population is not too high, haha! More in PA, where I live close to. Its a real shame, as I dont have too many Asian friends.

As I said, I love to keep pictures just to look back and remember those wonderful days and events. HAHA, after accidentally breaking my hard drive a month ago (the most ironic thing is, jparadize's hard drive also crashed down around the same time as mine, funni eh?).. I bought 2 and have all my stuff stored in both of the hard drive (all of them hold 500GB each, hahaha) Its obvious I have alot of pic and videos.

Searching for pictures isnt that hard when you know where to search it. Now that you do, you can save Amy's pictures. And yes, make sure you have backup, because when I broke my hardrive I lost thousands of pictures And videos as well!

yep, those dresses with the Chinese collars! Amy looks so classy with them on. KEKE, and yes, not everyone looks good with it. You cant be too plump nor too thin. Thanks for summarizing the video for me, I appreciate your help. And yes, now another trnaslator, MUAHHZ! You rock my world warlock! HAHA, both jparadize and yourself are of great help to this clueless CHICK.

HAHA, I figured she chose acting because she simply loves her job. At first, didnt she say she wasnt into music as a career, she does that only because she enjoys singing, but not about the fame stuff. Either one she does, I dont mind, because I can appreciate her works either way. But of course, I love watching series, so its a 2 thumbs up! HAHA

She was a host b4? Hmmm, never remember hearing this b4! When? Where? HAHA, any1 care to give me more info?

the first one is simplified chinese. the first character, aka surname, is a simplified one.
the 2nd one is traditional chinese. the surname is a traditional character. realised her name doesn't have a simplified character? hehe that's how funny is chinese.
mainland chinese, singapore and countries like them seldom uses tradtional chinese BUT hk and taiwan still uses traditional chinese. that's why =)

HAHA, I see, I see! But yeah, Chinese (simplfy and trad) are so hard to understand. HAHA, I need some serious teaching! I really should be taking Chinese classes!

That's great that there isnt any simplified version for her name, that'll mean I have to learn how to write that too. HAHA, my mind is fried!
