I've since then watched "Love in a Miracle" but for some reason, it doesn't come into comparison with "The Good Old Days." The era is the same, and some of the actors/actresses are similar, but the 'feel good' feeling when watching a series was not present. There were some plots that were pretty good... but the bad thing is that I felt a lack of chemistry between Steven and Amy here... rather, I think I felt more chemistry between Benny and Amy.Originally Posted by Sorrow
I read somewhere a few yrs back that she has retired from acting... and I really haven't seen her in alot of series since then. It seems like "Love in a Miracle' was her comeback series.
I too, have heard about Amy and Steven not getting along on the set of "The Good Old Days."
Sometimes, actors and actresses work together due to the public liking them in previous series together. Just because you don't like someone, for you career, you just might pair up with them for a series b/c you know it'll get good ratings due to the public liking you with that actor.
Same sentiments about TVB here... What the heck is up with thier choice of actors/actresses and plotlines nowadays? Its like they have no creativity left in them anymore, and they're promoting all these annoying talentless kids. What happened to all the REAL actors/actresses?
