Anyways my comments to a few posts...
Fated Love and Love in a Miracle are to totally different ATV series. However I think they were both written by the same guy. I heard that somewhere (can't remember where). Anywasy I did not know she retired. I thought she is still very active in ATV, China and Taiwan series. Which report or interview said she has retired?

Who the heck would want her to return to TVB? That dam hell hole that produces crappy movie and promotes look over talent! Forget it. I rather she not go to TVB. It's a horrible company that treats it's good artists like crap yet promotes the untalented.

Yeah I heard after ATV's "The Good Old Days" the two got into a quarrel and refused to work together again. Then for some odd reason they worked on "Fated Love" and a few years later... "Love in a Miracle" I guess it was just paparazzi gossip. I'm sure we all heard strange things about celebrities that were not true.

I've since then watched "Love in a Miracle" but for some reason, it doesn't come into comparison with "The Good Old Days." The era is the same, and some of the actors/actresses are similar, but the 'feel good' feeling when watching a series was not present. There were some plots that were pretty good... but the bad thing is that I felt a lack of chemistry between Steven and Amy here... rather, I think I felt more chemistry between Benny and Amy.

I read somewhere a few yrs back that she has retired from acting... and I really haven't seen her in alot of series since then. It seems like "Love in a Miracle' was her comeback series.

Sometimes, actors and actresses work together due to the public liking them in previous series together. Just because you don't like someone, for you career, you just might pair up with them for a series b/c you know it'll get good ratings due to the public liking you with that actor.

Same sentiments about TVB here... What the heck is up with thier choice of actors/actresses and plotlines nowadays? Its like they have no creativity left in them anymore, and they're promoting all these annoying talentless kids. What happened to all the REAL actors/actresses?

same here! my whole family and I like Benny and Amy although she is older than him alot. I totally agree that the good feeling when watching this series LIAM is gone... Wish Benny and Amy end up happily together at the end...Absolutely true that TVB nowaday promoting talentless actors and some actresses... No where comparing to the good old days...The golden years

i would like to sae something...

firstly, amy has a happy family from the she was married to now with her only son (17 this year)... all the gossip about her husband becoming a monk was fake of cos...

secondly, amy is only 43 this year, anyway it doesn't matter cause she is as pretty as ever. ha.

thirdly, amy did quarrel with steven but it was only during the "fated love"... the good old days was fine. anyway they patched up le. and they are had fun during the filming of love in teh miracle... anyway there's no forever enemies in the entertainment circle lo.

forth, she obviously haven't retire cos she out again... preparing for more new shows now... but she did went to rest twice lo... he. she said her interest was acting and singing lo. so i think she wouldn't retire so soon... at least not within this 2 years. cos she involved in quite a lot of things (by the newspaper...)

fifth, i think idolize someone doesn't need any age requirements. it all matters if u really like that person or not.
