You went to see it twice? I am planning to go with my best friend soon too; just to catch what I missed the first time around (especially to make certain of some of the lines). I know a lot of people who went to watch it again the second time; and a few of which went more than twice *wink* - and like you've said, most of them went because they have an obsession with either LBB or LYF; or both. I'm glad that LBB is gaining more recognition + fans after her debut in Forbidden Kingdom...looked like all her hard work was not wasted!

Honestly, I have yet to see the movie (*gasps! I know, I know, what kind of fan am i huh?)...but I'll make it my top priority after finals and my Europe trip is over!

Oh it's not wasted alright. She looks very beautiful in the movie.
Not to mention her acting was pretty good too, along with her english.

Also, she has a lovely voice as well by the way. I'm gonna start supporting her now.

Li bing bing eng really blow me alway who would have guess Li bing bing can speak eng almost as good as liu yi fei and this is the first time that she have speak eng to pop to Li bing bing for being a great actress and still look pretty at the same time

Actually, from what I've heard on the few clips I've seen, it seemed like LBB spoke better English than LYF...not 'almost as good.' Is it just me, or did it seemed like LBB stole the spotlight from LYF in the movie...and LYF was supposed to be the leading actress?

Not everyone laugh at LYF. At least, she attracted to famous actor and director, Clint Eastwood. I'm sure that she's going to shine in near future.

With only two females being in a largely male-dominated movie, one can't really help but make comparisons. And whether it's being made in the LBB thread of LYF thread, I don't see how that should be a problem.

LYF may shine in the future, or maybe not. What I do know tho, is that she better get down and dirty with those English lessons if she want to advance.. because uh, her English speaking ability is a little lacking, and her acting abilities.

The reason why not a lot of asians have ZZY is b/c she is really over-rated. 'Till this day, I still think she's a boring actress.

Baby... Your post has to involve a topic on LBB; even if it reads "LBB ROCKS" - or mention her name or something, otherwise, it'll be considered as spam! You know; forum rules! Not that I have a problem with it, but they do! LOLZ


Anyways, again, LYF didn't make a fool of herself! She was pretty cute and didn't do too bad of a job, which I appreciate. It is after all, her first American movie. She wasn't as bad as ZZY when she started, plus, LYF is prettier and more charming than ZZY (she has potiential to be a good actress, she's still young and new)!

Its one thing to compare LBB and LYF, but its another thing when you make comments like that out of no where. LYF didn't make a ockery of herself; her character, SPARROW, was nicely done. But in comparison with LBB, she wasn' that good. THAT'S ALL!

And LYF's english isn't even that bad! Honestly speaking, she's better than many actresses from HK who had experience with English; so let's cut her some slack! ^_^
