I get frequent headaches, I don't think they are migraines (with my very limited medical knowledge). These headaches occurs frequently and will only go away if I consume panadol. With my parents screaming at me about how I will get addicted and die young if I eat too much medicine, I tried to refrain from eating panadol to cure my headaches recently and tried to sleep it off. Unfortunately, I woke up in the middle of the night with the WORST headache I've ever experience in my life, barely able to walk straight to grab some panadol, and I woke the next morning feeling just fine.
What could be causing these headaches? I get enough sleep, I eat relatively healthily, I get moderately stressed by school. Could it be the blazing hot weather? But I get headaches during rainy seasons too!
How to I kick my panadol reliance? Any way else I can get rid of headaches without medicine, obviously not eating them just make things worse, or this is something I have to conquer, like I need to go cold turkey.
By the way, I am a regular blood donor, does eating panadol regularly constitutes of taking long term medicine, though I only donate at least 3 days after consumption.
