I was very impressed with Mandy Wong in L'Escargot. However, her recent roles have been so-so (not that good). Maybe that's not her fault that tvb hasn't given her better roles...IDK. She was not memorable in Tigers Cub. Her role in Diva is cute, but not as good as L'Escargot. Her cry scenes (both at the mall with Him and at the orphanage house with Him) seemed fake to me. I know she wasn't suppose to be bawling-cry, and meant to be a subtle-intervert-cry; it still didn't look natural or believable to me. She needs more L'Escargot-ish performances to shy through! I'm rooting for her! Hope she gets some kind of award for L'Escargot.
