Hey, I loved Sunny in both War and Destiny and Phoenix Rising. He's good at portrayed the powerful and smart type. I didn't like him in The Slicing of the Demon though.

I LOVE Sunny Chan. His acting is just superb! I agree for an actor who's underated, he acts very well. This guy just has the greatest potential. Sunny Chan is one of my favourite actors. Not to mention he's sooo damnn cuteee!

Ever since he came back to act with TVB, he's been getting more roles, especially in ancient setting type serials. I always wanted to see him in more ancient setting with wigs and stuff.

It just seems after that series with Joe Ma and Stephen Au, he's been getting a bunch of those magical/fantasy type ancient costume dramas. Sadly, TVB isn't what it used to and so all these fluffy shows aren't good enough for him.

I just remembered back in 1995, he was in Justice Pao I, but I think I rarely see him in Ancient costume dramas.

I just wish TVB would stop using CGI with their ancient costume serials/wuxia serials.

Anybody has already seen Sunny's latest serial being aired now in HK? I haven't seen it for I don't live in HK. Can't wait to see Sunny

I am a bit confused why TVB keep utlitzing Sunny in comedies (or is it his choice), since I find him more fitting in series roles.

Maybe it's cuz he has a such a bright smile? He seems very affable, like a nice big brother. He is a versatile actor, so I don't mind seeing him in comedies or serious roles, so long as he isn't playing a baddie.

I'm watching him in Phoenix Rising, and even though I know he doesn't have that big a role since the story centres on the three sisters, I wish they'd show more of him. I like him with Krystal Tin in there.

You are? I hated the ending! Who did you like with Sunny? Charmaine Sheh or Lee San San? Between the two evils, I actually prefer Lee San San. Charmaine was portraying that damsel-in-distress type of girl again. I prefer the stronger girl in LSS. I think she and Sunny's character were more of a match on character traits and stuff.

Basically, Ah Fei and Jessica met each other at a bar later on and cordially talked and she went to the tv watching some game.. and Sunny crawls behind her and taps her. She turns around and both were smiling and talking. The last shot u see is Ah Fei looking at the two , with either a jealous face OR a surprised face.

I see Louisa So and Sunny Chan are paired up again in The Winter Melon Tale. But celestial costumes and magical characters are silly.

Louisa looks beautiful though, even more than Charmaine Sheh. I could've sworn I saw a thread on this series but I don't know where it went.

I don't seem to like Sunny in comedy roles. They keep giving him these silly roles.

She is definately not hot, but this show that not all men goes for looks, at least not Sunny. He has the potiential to married a younger and hotter looking wife if he wants. I never like him as an actor but I have to admit, he is a good husband.
