They banned because of similar IP, which means you guys live together (siblings) or one person. Since you claimed you don't know them, then you guys must be one person. So Mods' computers flag red. If next time, the same IP shows up, they once again thinking you are back with another user name and block you. One computer has only one IP address, no look alike because it is like an address. YOu can search online about IP.

The 'fold' is just directly beneath the brow. That defining bone. It's just skin and bone to me anyway. Barely looks what a 'fold' should look like so I guess there's the confusion.
