Default New Police Story (Jackie Chan)

    Any comments ?

I think it's much much better than the previous two hollywood movies (Medallion, and 80 Days).

SING TAO - Jackie Chan's new flick "New Police Story" is strong in the box office. Yesterday the film premiered in 5 countries: Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, raking in nearly HK $10 million. Hong Kong alone generated HK $1.5 million, making it first place in the whole country. Currently filming in Lanzhou, Jackie's heart skipped when he heard the great news. "I had a hunch already. This means spending several millions to launch premieres was worth it. According to numbers of Asia's box offices, I estimate we will make money after one week. Thinking about this makes me unable to sleep!"

I can bet it's pretty good and a million times better than his previous films.

The Medallion is acutally a Hong Kong film, just with mostly white people in it.

Will watch it for the name itself but have to wait for comment about the show... but can expect lots of explosive, lots of fighting, not much of a story line and lots of eye candy and stuns

Yea, I think that's him, one of the member of Daniel Wu's gang. Overall his screentime maybe only 10-15 minutes (I think)

I thought they would be they are in it as the henchman for Daniel Wu.

I thought they make a synopis of it. That Daniel Wu want to revenge Jackie for something he did. Daniel Wu is a spoil rich kid and leads a gang... they cause havoc for Jackie.

But they are in the Official website of New Police Story. How can they not be in the movie? They are even mentioned in an interview article on Jackie Chan. The article side that in the last few movies Jackie did, he always play comedic role. But this time he leave it to other actors like Boyz.

Their roles were probably so insignificant that no one noticed them.

Is Dave Wong just some henchman of the big bad guy in this film?

    My comments

Great movie, lots of action and fighting scenes.
Here, Jackie chan's role is kinda irritating as he keeps on crying now and then!
Boyz have little screne time in this show.
And yes, this show is nice to watch as the "guys" are eye-candies, your eyes will be fixed onto them throughout.
