For the longest time..I had stop being interested in asian films (aka..hong kong & taiwan movies) because they lack good story lines and good actors/actresses.. Especially in the male actor department..rarely see a cute one that can act.

My interest in asian films began again when I was introduced to All About Eve. My first Korean drama. Chae Rim captured my heart. She was outstanding. Her smile, her tears..wow..the girl can cry!!! (Jang Dong Gun was fine too.) This movie made me curious..so I began following up on Chae Rim. I was amazed at how young she was. She's got a lot of movies under her belt ! So I started checking out anything that had her in it. Thats how I stumbled upon Alec Su. (Come to find out...I 've seen him in movies before, but did not grab my attention.) I guess because the girls he was paired up w/ did not interest me. Until I saw him w/ Chae Rim. I would'nt say they are the best on screen couple..because I think she looks good w/ Jang Dong Gun or Won Bin. However, she and Alec does look cute together. Because Chae Rim have such an innocent look and Alec has this baby face.

But Chae Rim rocks!!The girl is beautiful, she can play many different roles and still look genuine! She is graceful!! I thought she was great in Yang Clan. She did a good job for her first time in an ancient chinese kung fu role. She out shine everyone else because she has a very different look. Everyone else look like the typical taiwanese. But she...she's different & a good way! But I have to admit, she was a little stiff on the fighting scenes..but I think thats because it's her first time. You have to do a lot of practice to look as if you really know how to fight. I think after a few more kung fu movies under her belt..she will be perfect.

I think her whole face looks good. She is naturally pretty looking. She does'nt wear a lot of make up.

But one thing about her is..she has bad taste in men. Her husband Lee seung Hwan is ugly. He is soooo ugly!!! She looks too good for him. But I guess he's got a great voice or something. But he's so ugly.. Such a waste. She should divorce him and marry Jang Dong Gun or Alec Su.

Though she won't because she I heard she's a very devoted wife. Too bad..She deserves a better looking guy!!!

and Ha Vy i totally agree wit u about her husband!! but i guess that her choice n it all about love ^^ heheh ...anywya ..i think i went on some site n read it ..n say that chae rim have plastic surgery for her nose. but she still look great !!

I'm watching All about Eve now...CR looked pretty cute in AAE but I still think that she looked best in the Aegean Sea. She looked so pretty in the Aegean Sea and I think she's more matched with Alec Su cause like Ha Vy said they both have baby faces. Whereas, JDG looked a bit too old for her eventhough he's handsome too...

i like chae rim after watching her in all abt eve..i like to see her smile,and also her positive attitude in there...besides that,the storyline were good....i hope to see more of her acting...she is a good actress,cute...

i loved her when i watched All About Eve the first time, m still falling in love her everytime i watch the drama. she's so pretty!!!!

for me, she's almost perfect. almost, because i think she has eye problem. can't believe her choice for a husband. oh i'm soooo mean..........

I love this actress! She's very cute, live, bubbly and friendly. There are very few Korean actresses who can really act like her and that's Kim Ha Neul, she is also my favorite along with Chae Rim.

I heard she and Alec Su became very good friends after filming the series "Love at Aegean Sea" therefore she agreed to filmed "Warriors of the Yang Clan". Despite the language barrier, within time, I believe friendship can really develope and that's what these 2 have. They also continute to keep in contact via email and phone. I really hope these 2 will work again in the future.

I think they are the cutest couple in my book. Just too bad Chae Rim is married and she is happy...that is what really matter. Should be happy for her.

Btw, despite "Love at Aegean Sea" was long and get's draggy but it's one of my favorite series mainly because of the chemistry and the performance pulled by Chae Rim and Alec Su

Just finished watching All About Eve and yup, just like the other 4 million peeps out there, I fell in love w/ her character and cute fact too I really enjoyed her in there, and did I mentioned that her and the JDG were so cute?!
