Wallace was spotted today (Sept 10) going down the escalator at IFC in Pudong, Shanghai. When a fan called him, he turned his face and smiled at her. She said he has extremely good skin and fit body!

I wanna go back to Shanghai!

Haha... he was spotted having dinner at Golden Bull in Lu Jia Zui, Pudong, Shanghai. No wonder other people were seeing him in Pudong earlier. Golden Bull (金牛苑) is a Vietnamese restaurant. No pic this time...

Haha...Wallace was shopping at Carrefour supermarket on Sept 10. Was he getting ready for the Mid Autumn festival on Sept 12?

Hmm... I used to shop at that Carrefour a lot as it is closest to home...

I'm so happy today as I saw Wallace when checking out at the counter at Carrefour. He was "in". He nodded his head to say hi when I passed by him. I didn't disturb him and took a few pictures quietly. Too bad the photo of him facing the camera is blur.

Really? Its hard to find fresh veggies in China? Or did you mean Vietnamese veggies in China? I thought Chinese and Vietnamese people ate the same kind of veggies?

In China it's hard to find the spices and fresh veggies which are used to wrap the meat to eat with the fish sauce. Anyway, I find most Vietnamese restaurants cook their dishes in a way you can't tell whether it's Chinese or Vietnamese anymore. They call it fusion dish for good...

Oh and one more question, what does Huo Jian Hoa mean in English?

I will explain separately as it's a long story....

Hmmm...Huo is just a surname. Jian means to construct, to build etc. and Hoa means China, Chinese. This Hoa has many meanings when it is combined with other words. I once read that Wallace's ancestors were connected with Guo Ming Dang when they were in China. Anyway, no one wants to prove this especially for Huo mi...
