Repost from post #1942:
Posted by Tang Ren's director Li Guoli yesterday (who directed CP3). This year's Sherlock Holmes looks stylish and grid, similar to last year's. Some people may think there are too many gay scenes. But I believe the relationships between men are also impressive to watch, not necessarily just those between a woman and a man. I can't help to think of Strange Hero. If Xiao Mei is a third person between Li Ge Xiao and San Niang, or San Niang is a third person between Li Ge Xiao and Xiao Mei, isn't it the story would become more interesting?
Comments from weiboers piled up after this post from Li Guoli. At first people were joking and then some people suggested that Li should consider bringing in Hu Ge to the series. After this the discussions became messy and then more and more people discussed the bromance between Wallace and Hu Ge in CP3. The conversations turned around that Li is responsible for leading the bromance plots in CP3. He is the root cause and Tang Ren is good in making this kind of dramas! Some Hu Ge fans were very angry because Hu Ge got into this situation because of this company. Some of the comments were even @huge (so he would see them as well).
Subsequently Li Guoli posted a 2nd post:
Maybe [you people] are thinking too much. The bond of relationship between men is not necessarily meant they're gay, but the force of helping each other, brotherhood and mutual respects...
He got supporters and of coz some bombardments are inevitable. Some even asked him whether this is the story outline of Meng Jiu and Huo Qu Bing in DMY?
Poor Li posted a 3rd post:
I just casually said a few words without any underly meaning. I got myself car loads of bricks and feces. It seems that it's only appropriate to say the weather or foods here.
Ummm, director Li, you have underestimated fan power! Look what happened to Gu!

Looking forward to see Er Dan in some promo events!
Yes He is the most handsome anchorman ever. I love his melancholy eyes.
I wonder why my post needed to be moderate by the moderator before I can see it.
I am Wallace's newest fan on this thread. I love him in Tang Lang and Lian Cheng. Everytime he cries, I cry.
I guess I am not the only one who is watching QSHF just for Wallace's parts. I havent got a clue what's happening after ep 36 nor any non-Wallace's part.
Although he did this series for Ruby as a gesture of friendship I thought he made a right decision. It proves his capability as an actor (not an idol actor) and I believe his popularity is sky rocketed after that too. What a right choice Wallace

Okie, Wallace is in Shanghai. Just wonder what happened to his eyes It seems like he's in a Japanese restaurant (with sitting on the floor type). This restaurant offers his favorite Häagen-Dazs ice cream. See the poster just below the bag of the lady in the pic.
@annabelle_han ： 看见霍建华！好开心！So happy to see Wallace!

Originally he planned to go to that promo event but it was crashed with his other work. Generally there are some off-screen work (such as dubbing) need to be done after the field work.
A hand painting by a fan . Wallace did have many talented fans!!!

Wallace's popularity has increased significantly after this show. Other than in mainland China, he has made a big come back to Taiwan after this one. Many Taiwanese are now also on Sina weibo, from their comments I can see they were surprise to see a new Wallace... so much so different from the idol he used to be.
