Tobeme: Have you read the novel? If he is in DMY then what kind of character he would be playing that people love? Can you describe it a little, it's the bad guy character right?

I know Wallace likes to challenge his acting ability, Ling Hu Chong is not an easy character either. I hope they will offer this role to him and he will choose this instead of taking up Tangren's production, playing a Jin Yong's character is a great publicity in itself.

His eyes and his nose are the best assets

I also love his mouth and his jawline, lol.

I haven't read the novel yet but from what I understand Meng Jiu is a beautiful person. He's on wheelchair because he's cripple, but he's a great doctor. The female lead loved Meng to start with but Meng felt that he wasn't good enough for her and turned her down until she felt for Hou then he realized he loved her the most. Huo is a general in the novel.

Dream Studio announced Wallace will play Ling Hu Chong..... I will start a thread for this only when the news is confirmed. One of the female leads, Joe Chen 陈乔恩, is Wallace's ex girlfriend. They broke up before Wallace went to Mainland China. A very nice lady. She is also the only girlfriend of Wallace known to the public.

There are too many speculations around Wallace either playing Ling Hu Chong or Meng Jiu. Some fans suggested why not playing both? LOL.

Hmm How can that be when both are Taiwanese artists? I thought Chinese Production needs to have either male lead or female lead a chinese by citizen....Hmm To me I dont think Joe Chen is beautiful enough to be the lead of this drama. A bit disappointed.

Nope, this is not an official site of Yu Zheng. Similarly the announcement hinting Wallace will play Meng Jiu isn't an official site of Tang Ren.

Yu mama is quite nasty (you can find all the comments about him in QSHF thread). He could be using this to force Wallace to accept his drama.

The problem is how could Wallace be appeared in two dramas unless they'll be filmed in different times....

Now knowing that Joe Chen will play Ling Hu Chong's lover I no longer want him to be in Yu Zheng movie. I hope this time he isn't being used again. Getting Wallace and Joe in the same drama will draw a lot of propaganda...you know what I meant.

Didn't say who will play Li Ge Xiao but I can sense a war is on between Tang Ren and Yu Zheng to get Wallace. Two days ago the news of Ling Hu Chong was posted. Yesterday a post hinting Wallace will be in DYM was posted. Then today a news of LGX is posted. Who knows what news we will get tomorrow? Wallace's manager, Mr Lian, is not doing his job to protect Wallace. Houmis are really mad at the moment.

Could it be possible that the scriptwriter for Strange Hero is the same scriptwriter for DMY (working for Tangren), thus he's just referring to Wallace as LGX because that's the character he associated Wallace with? Telling LGX to get ready for another round of working together, like filming DMY?

It doesnt matter what other say right? Because Wallace hasnt sign anything with any body yet. What can Mr Lian do anyway.
They can say anything they want unless they have proof to force Wallace to be in their drama, otherwise nothing concrete.

If Wallace knows Joe Chen will be his leading lady, will he be comfortable taking up this Ling Hu Chong role? I was told by Taiwanese fan that he was the one rejected Joe Chen's marriage proposal a few years back and packed his bag moved to China to start from the bottom again. It was all over the Taiwanese Media and Joe Chen didnt deny it.

What??? LSS and Wallace will be in Elephant Hill? Strange Hero is not on Tangren's list of projects for this year...so it's probably not. Where did you get the news of LSS and Wallace in Elephant Hill...if true, then it must be for DMY

Tang Ren did announce they will produce 3 dramas and 2 movies for 2012.

Elephant Hill weibo is actually pretty reliable. So I think it's definitely Hu Ge, LSS, Wallace in DMY. Elephant Hill reports that DMY filming will start on 20 Feb 2012.

Hana, Yu Zheng is a producer. He has produced many known dramas including Jade Palace Lock Heart

The scriptwriter Deng Li Qi works for Tang Ren. His works include CP3 and Strange Hero etc....

I meant Huo Qu Bing is a general. It's driving me nut as well. I'll hate Wallace (at least for a while) if he does turn up for DMY. Poor Huomis.....
