Marie Claire issue is a March issue...still needs to wait for a few days to get it.

For three issues in a role, the 'Easy' magazine featured Wallace in it. The 2nd issue it has a big poster of Wallace. But I still can't get a copy in Shenzhen, bummer.

In issue 627 (3rd issue) there is only 1 page of Wallace:

Wallace said: "If I take the action to speak to a girl, I'm afraid she might get it wrong". Easy: He's too shy to approach a girl. He locks up his love between his eyebrows.

For a long time Wallace hadn't participated in a movie, in Ultra Reinforcement he played "Er Dan", which he showed a different side of Wallace from his previous serious characters and tried to make fun of Dylan Kuo. MC: When do you find yourself more charming?
W: When I'm on the set or when I'm reading a script. Sometimes I need to take care of the female casts, especially during the fighting scenes. They needed to be protected. It's when I think I'm charming.

It's touch work to be an actor
At 4am, Wallace left Shangdong Movie Studio and arrived at the Shanghai Studio at about noon. There was not rest in between. These are Wallace rules on the filming sets - no sleeping (afraid may lose the feeling and only sleep after leaving the sets), no video games, no reading other than the scripts and no weibo.

This has kept his fans long waiting for his news "their personalities are pretty much like me, some are garden school and high school teachers, some teach painting, particularly quiet, particularly sensible. It's easy to open a weibo and post some photos to make fans happy, but I want to get their attention on my acting".

There is a question being flowed around among his fans: if you see Wallace in a public bus, why do think he's on that bus? Wallace has been back to Shanghai. He was spotted having dinner in Shanghai on Feb 11th. Not wearing a hat or cap this time!

During that time Wallace was on vacation in Sanya, Hainan Island. Hope he's coming back to Shanghai for this!

No wonder the restaurant looks familiar to me. It's Da Marco, my most favorite Italian restaurant in Shanghai! Went there lots of times! Good food, great value! Even Italians went there as well.

So funny the girl who spotted Wallace at the restaurant said he refused to have a pic with her but insisted on shaking her hand. He then ran away leaving her behind. She said he's handsome and his skin is exceptionally good up close! She said in another comment she barely had any food that evening because she only focused on him, lol.

He still looks skinny though but healthier. I wonder why he refused to take picture, he has always been very friendly, taking pictures with fans when they meet him out and about.

Yes, Sanya is where Emerald on the Roof was filmed. It's probably the only place in China which is still warm during the winter.

When the girl asked to have a pic with him someone with him said no. His manager doesn't want him to take pics with fans when he isn't at work. I think they are doing the right thing otherwise he'll never have his own personal times. That girl said he's still thin. I'm wondering where did he store up all the foods to remain thin yet dinning out all the times?

I'm looking forward to his promotion as well as I really want to find out what's his next style might turn out.

On Jan 13th Jia Wei Nan (a famous TVB scriptwriter) said he emailed the detailed story to Michelle and also recommended Wallace for it. Today Feb 12th he said Michelle is reading the story outline for the first 10 epics. Seems like the story will happen in the Tang dynasty. When the story outlines are fine he'll start to write the scripts.

Jia Wei Nan is a very well known scriptwriter. The fact that it's a Tang dynasty drama has put me off a bit as well. I'm so looking forward to his modern dramas!
