Wow, such drama! I had no idea! I've been a bad Huo mi lately without checking up on him. Hope he can wrap up this production and move on. Poor Wallace. Being picked on because he's a nice guy. I hope the support of other Huo mis will let him know that he is well loved and not alone.

This is not the end of the world for Wallace. I'm sure his hard work will be paid off. These production people should focus on the quality of the drama to earn their reputation. Instead they go for publicity by creating noises and gossips (encouraging fans to visit the set, coming up with a Double Sensation Dragon name, luring a bromance between Nicky and Wallace, pursuing Wallace's fans to press Wallace in opening a weibo, etc). Poor HZY is also not being appreciated. Because the producers try to create a bromance the focus will definitely not on her!

I heard the director is quite well known and he has conducted many good series. I hope at the end the drama will still earn it's reputation by quality. I've complete trust in Wallace!

Not sure what kind of plan/strategy those production people will take after all the anger expressed by Huo mis. But provide that Gu is an insensitive person I doubt she would done something. Perhaps the investors will give them some pressures?

On Nov 9th I went with a colleague to visit Wallace Huo at the set of Xing Ming Shi Ye. Previously I was an actress and in the same film with Wallace, now being a reporter I have the honor to get an exclusive interview of him.

It's a bit cold in the early winter. Wallace held his lovely hand warmer and seemed like a big brother next door. he stressed to put my name as the interviewer and his name as the interviewee and both be responsible for the contents of the interview.

He is low-key and has a gentle personality. He is quiet but once the topic of filming is discussed, he would chat away. He talked about some interesting stories encountered and his views about the shows.

Earlier this year, Wallace starred in "Inspire the Life" and it's also the first time I met this low-key and profound actor. He gave me the impression of not being an idol actor but an easy going instructor. Often during filming of close-up shots, instead of taking his turn to rest, he spent times repeating the scripts with the actors/actresses (regardless she/he is a new or small actress/or) over and over again until the director was satisfied.

In certain days without his show time, he still showed up in casual wear and set next to the director, intensely watching the monitor. Once, out of curiosity, I asked him "why are you here when you don't need to play?". He gave me a frank answer: "I'm here to learn."

In this advance networking society, many people open web pages to promo themselves. They constantly post their current encounters as well as private pictures to draw attentions from the public. But as a Taiwan actor working in the Mainland China, without an agent, no web pages, no packaging, not hyping himself, he still live in our hearts with his hard work. "I particularly cherish people who are serious about their work and at the same time I hope I can become an acclaimed actor. I like my job, I want to use my characters to speak for me. This is something I really care for.". Wallace is absolutely a wonder in the show biz.

He is a student in front of the senior actresses/ors and a teacher for new joiners. He is our role model.

Life is like that, he is just unlucky to meet these fellows but he surely will learn who to trust and who not to trust after this. Whats done has beend done. Thanks for that. It's just that this Gu's action is not something a normal person would do. After she posted (see post #1485) on her weibo accusing hou mis for being trouble makers. Huo mis started to post asking her to give direct answers instead of sidelining our questions. Some Nicky fans started commenting but out of nowhere a few persons pretending to be huo mis started accusing Nicky. Then the comments between Huo mis and Nicky fans on and on but both sides agreed that these pretenders were just trying to disturb the underlining purposes of the posts. But overnight this Gu deleted all the positive posts (including those questioning her about her actions taken against Wallace) and left out only those comments between the pretenders and fire back from Nicky fans. She then pretended to be a good person and posted on her weibo separately saying that both Wallace and Nicky are two valuable actors and that she cherishes their work, and so she won't allow any bad comments about them!!!!! Who knows probably those few pretenders could be hers.

If there are any fights between Wallace and Nicky's fans, she is the root cause.

Our conclusion is that it's too bad she isn't an actress, otherwise she would have received the best universal actress award!

But you are right, let's forget this and move on. I am sure Wallace is focusing on his work at the moment and will let his role speaks for him.

BTW - I'm going to Sands over this weekend. Have you been there?
