i've absolutely no idea what but sei yan fa translates to, doesn't sound similar enough to mandarin pinyin for us poor poor mandarin speaking people to understand the question.

Twin of Brothers was a recent TVB Series. Its based on a novel by Huang Yi (I think?) called Da Tang Shang Long Juen (Great Tang Twin Dragon Story). "But Sei Yan Fa" was a martial arts in the series, translates to something like "Doesn't Die Technique"

My poor translation really and bliss is right about that okay I'll answer my first question according to the edition my mate translated to me the But Sei Yan was developed by Shek Zhi Hin himself and it was created by incorporating the best martial arts from the evil sects with Buddhist philosophies!
