Seeing the trailers for the season premiere, I think Tom Welling is better at being bad and evil rebellious than good ole Clark Kent, hehhe I don't know why I think so, I guess he has more of a rage type person I don't know stronger impression I guess?

Or...maybe you think he looks better in leather?

Personally though, Tom Welling doesn't do a thing for me, good guy or bad guy. If it wasn't for Michael Rosenbaum, I probably wouldn't even bother watching the show.

I see we have a fellow Michael Rosenbaum Fan!!!! He is so suave, cool and have the coolest lines. He's definetly is a good actor.

When I get my very own dvd player, perhaps, I'll go out and buy the Smallville Dvd, when it's cheaper that is, now it just released.

I like both Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum, but Michael Rosenbaum attracts me more or maybe it's the Lex Luther character.

So...to sum it up: He's HOT. Oh yeah, and a talented actor to boot.

Are Clark and Lex friends as well in the WB cartoon? I thought iIn all other versions of Superman series, Clark and Lex are at most aquintance, not really close. Why would Lana date Lex to get near to Clark?

Does anyone think Michael Rosenbaum looks a bit like Adam Sandler? I was watching Anger Management the other day, and every time they show a close up of Adam Sandler's face I was reminded of Michael Rosenbaum.

Ugh....no way. Not even close, IMO.

Haha, ok .Actually, there's also another actor who reminds me of Michael Rosenbaum (all maybe it's just Lex). That's Kenneth Chan. I know they don't really look that alike (except for the mouth). Maybe it's just the way they play their characters. But when I was watching Project Ji Xiang, Kenneth Chan always reminds me of Lex. I think it's due more to their similarity in gestures and facial expressions than their look.

I have no clue who Kenneth Chan is, so I can't comment on that one.

The season premiere was tonight. What'd you guys think of it? It seems like a lot of these premieres are two-parters, which irks me somewhat. My random thoughts on part one: Chloe got a new haircut. Lana seems darker(as in skin tone). Tom Welling comes off as a better actor when portraying the "dark" Clark. Mr. Kent was somehow empowered by Clark's biological dad? 'Kay... . Lex has a long torso. Poor Lex for having a bastard of a father AND what seems to now be a backstabbing wife. Did he really hallucinate that weird guy or was he real? I can't wait 'til part two next week...

Ah man! I had to work for most of yesterday and didn't get home until 8 something, so I only caught half of the premiere!!!!

I think I'll have to rewatch it from the beginning this coming Sunday. But dang! Michael has a nice bod!!!! Torso? Is that like waist or heh? What's a Torso? Heheh, that guy probably was a ghost or something but GAH! The thing that really grossed me out was when Lex was hungry enough to eat worms and bugs from a tree!!!

I haven't followed last season much because of my night classes, so I missed a lot, so Dr Bryce and Lex did got married. How come she's a backstabber? I thought that was what Lionel Luther said, but was it the truth?

I really wished they moved the time they have Smallville to 9pm so then I could still make it if I had to work until 8pm.

So why is Clark acting this way? Is it mainly because of the class ring or because he wants to hide away from what his biological father wants him to do?

I watched a little bit of Angel last night as well and the episodes are getting siller and siller it's just not good.

At least Smallville has some powerful episodes, lines and acting performance...

Torso = the trunk of the body; i.e., if you were to chop off your arms, legs, neck along with your head, you'd be left with your torso.

Yeah, who knows about that weird psychopath? I hope they explain it later on. That worm part was disgusting; I thought I was watching Fear Factor/Survivor or something for a sec.

Well, it's hard to say who's the real backstabber right now, but I wouldn't say that Helen is innocent. She did say that Lionel hired her to spy on Lex. If she had Lex's best interest in mind, why didn't she tell him? Plus, she didn't seem too sad at Lex's "passing", especially during her exchange with Lionel Luther. Besides, how was she able to escape the plane without any injury? I don't trust either of them.

Yeah, Smallville has taken over Dawson's Creek's old slot. I guess I don't mind this time slot, but I liked it better in its old slot on Tuesday evenings at 8 P.M. Central time.

The ring has taken control of him. I think that the more he wears it, the bigger its influence on him. It's his biological father's test for his son. I guess that's why his biological father instilled superman-like powers in Mr. Kent as well, so he could save his son after "the test". Moral of the story: What's the definition of a REAL father?

Lol, I've never been interested in watching Angel and most likely will never be interested in it.

    From Mediaweek:
On another considerably positive relocated programming move, the WB's Smallville opened season three with a hefty (and third place) 6.7/11 at 8 p.m. Smallville bested UPN's competing Enterprise (#6: 4.0/ 6) by 67 percent while outdelivering the season premiere of former time period occupant Dawson's Creek by 43 percent over the year ago night (4.7/ 7 on Oct. 2, 2002).

Whoohoo! Out of curiosity, who came in first and second place?

last night's episode was goooooood. it was expected that Lana and Clark would break up. It seems as if Lex only joins his father to eventually beat him. I never understood why Dr. Bryce would turn on Lex. Either she is very good at lying in season 2 or Lionel was involved in it. One more the Crime Lord guy who got shot at the end, he's not dead and will show up in the future episode right? I read on site, he will reappear in 2 episodes.

I was more interested in Lex's dialogue with his father, Helen and Clark. The biblical references and allusions in the beginning with his father, how he knew Helen had left him on the island and the whole dealing with evil part of one self with clark.

I swear Lex has the coolest and effective lines ever.

Question for those who have seen this wednesday's episode: Did anybody else pick up a familiar face?

She was the Asian lady who had a one-liner in the car when Lionel brought over Clark's blood for her to identify if it was legit.

I think she was a winner of some HK pageant and was in a couple of Hong Kong movies. If she's the actress I think she is, she's called Francoise Yip. Does anybody else recognize her?

    Ok, I found a profile
of her. She guest starred in Dark Angel? I was an avid watcher of the show when it was on and I couldn't recognize her in any episodes. She probably didn't have any lines then. :P

Wow, Lana and Pete are going together? Another new discovery for me. Lol, I am so slow these days. Is the series going to go all the way to having Clarke meet Lois?
