Isabella looks stunning. She can also summon an ethereal air at times. I do hope she doesn't ruin her promising career with love-sickness. If anything I think she has a much better chance of making a name in Hollywood than the bland LYF.

agree...i find isabella to be one of the more attractive asian stars to have hit hollywood. and on top of that (i haven't seen any of her movies yet), from what i heard, she's a capable actress. i'll see how she fairs in the mummy 3. another actress i'm running out to support will be li bing bing (goodness grief, why did she have to join forbidden kingdom though...it seems like such a tacky movie), another beauty with talent.

Isabella does have potential, she is one of the younger HK actresses who shows some capabilities of developing given the right opportunities. That plus she has the looks and youth as well. Now she would be really silly just to ruin her chances because of a wealthy man who would most likely dump her as soon as he's bored of her.

No, just in the movie they are brother and sister . His character is A Ching and her is Takeko.

I don't remeber the guy who play A Ching name. But he is 14 at that time and he is He Rundong adopted son.

The print is too small... but roughly an "informer" said that Richard Li is going to spend a team of lawyers and 200 mill to regain isabella's "freedom" from EEG company. The EEG is not willing to let go so a lawsuit is inevitable. EEG's chief lawyer is Qing Hong.

Li's lawyers felt that they had a good chance since Isabella's mom signed the contract for her when she was merely 12, and there are lots of "grey areas" on the harsh contract. Their biggest card will be Isabella herself since she will reveal in court everything about EEG over the years.

Meanwhile, Isabella has gone to the US and Richard will even find jobs for her.

Its basically everything expression has stated in his/her last post. That plus the fact that Isabella has left HK to study film in USA for 6 months. Apparently, Richard Li engaged the help of Michelle Yeoh's assistant in finding an appropriate college for Isabella to pursue her studies in. It is said that Richard makes frequent business trips to the US and hence will have plenty of chances to meet up with Isabella.

On a side note, the article says that Richard and Isabella have decided not to pay EEG to terminate her contract and thus, are enlisting the help of lawyers to fight against the terms stipulated in the contract.
