Has anyone watched ' A city of saddness', a film by taiwanese director Hou Hsiao Hsien and starring Tony Leung Chao Wei as a mute? Its a movie made in the 90s.....is it good? I am interested to watch it..but it seems not available in the market?

I've been looking for this movie for a long time. It seems good but I just can't find it. (pause) Meh...
